The host was absolutely wonderful to deal with and great communication. Having a covered porch and a balcony to enjoy the view was a major plus for us. We enjoyed every meal we ate there on the porch.

This unit was exactly as described and advertised in the description. Great location. Very clean. This unit was at the end of the complex and had great panoramic views also had a little more privacy because it was on the end. Steps away from Pompano Joe’s restaurant. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our one week stay at the condo. As the pictures suggest, the condo is located right on the beachfront with private access to the beach.The veranda features table and 6 chairs where we enjoyed our dinners looking the beachThe main bedroom has its own private balcony. There are beach chairs and umbrella but if you want, you can rent chairs and umbrella from a local company.Overall, highly recommended.

The Perfect place for any family! 5 Stars!!

5 stars We had an amazing stay! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning ocean views from the deck, which quickly became our favorite spot to relax. The property was spotless and exactly as described, and the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed at several Costa DeSol properties in the past, but this one is by far our favorite. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!

We recently stayed at this condo and I have to say it was an incredible experience. The condo was exactly as described—if not even better. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views visible from almost every room.The private beach access was the highlight of the stay. It felt like our own personal paradise—quiet, pristine, and perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset view. The location was also great…a little peace and quiet while still being close to local attractions.The condo itself was fully equipped with everything you could need—spacious living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. The owners were a delight and easy to get a hold of with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

An Enjoyable Stay

This house is just as described . Right on the beach . Great views of sunrise , ocean and sunset . The property sits on the very end . Pompano Joe’s is a short 6 min walk on the beach . It’s a perfect location. The house has everything you need . And the Owners are very helpful and communicate very well . Will be here staying again In the future .

This home was perfect for our stay and right on the beach. Very clean and plenty of room. Al was very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Great family get-a-way

Great location that is literally just steps to the sand and water! 15 feet of your own private beach! A great time was had by all. Al was quick to respond to a couple of questions that we had. I will definitely be booking again!

Beach Therapy

This is our second time staying here and Al made everything so easy. We love the location being right on the beach but in a quiet area. Also nice having two full bathrooms upstairs for each bedroom. Highly recommend!

Beautiful beach house

We loved everything about our stay!! The beach house was perfect and we loved being able to just walk out to the beach from the patio!! The location is perfect and close to many restaurants. We would defiantly love to stay here again!

Just book it now, you will not be disappointed!

The townhouse has all that you need to have an amazing and comfortable time! You cannot beat the accommodations, location, nor the attentiveness of Al and Pam. Being able to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the wave’s crashing onto the beach is one of the best things for the soul. The supplied chairs and umbrellas were an excellent touch, and well appreciated. Me and my partner met Al’s sister, Brandy, and her amazing kids and boyfriend on our first day there. Super people and a joy to hang out with. I do not think I have ever laughed so much. We will definitely stay here on our next trip down! Thank you Al, we had and absolutely wonderful time.

Beautiful Property Right On The Beach

Wonderful family spring break

My family and I spent a fantastic week in Miramar Beach! The townhouse was the perfect place for us to enjoy our time away from home. The comfortable living space and bedrooms were large enough to spend time together but also allowed for us to enjoy our own quiet time. The huge deck was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and take in the sunset over dinner. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to prepare meals quickly and efficiently to maximize my time in the beach! The beach left nothing to be desired. The white sand and crystal clear water was beautiful. Thank you so much!

Perfect beach getaway

Loved this property right on the beach! We rented the week before Christmas and enjoyed relaxing and enjoying our beautiful view. The townhouse had everything we needed and kitchen was stocked with lots of essentials. Al made the whole process easy and communication was great!

Love this property

You can not get any better than this. Step right off your deck to the sand and just a hop to the ocean. Bring your personal items and your set, the house has everything you need. This is our second time renting from Mr Al and Mrs Pam and hope to rent again soon!

Sister trip-August 2022

Location is amazing, just a few feet from the beach. Our Condo was comfortable and well stocked for cooking. If your looking for fancy decor, Costa Del Sol is not your place, however, if you’re looking for EASY access to the beach this is the PERFECT place to stay! I ve been staying here at Costa Del Sol for years, grown kids and grandchildren love it! This unit was perfect size for our Sister Trip. The owners were easy to work with and quick to reply. Definitely recommend.

Couldn't have asked for more!!

Our stay at Costa Del Sol was perfect. The unit was nicely furnished and clean. The beach is a very short walk off the stairs. The location was ideal as it's a short drive to many restaurants, shops and Destin. Having an Alvin's Island and rolled ice cream shop across the street was also great! Our entire family loved our stay here.
