Beach House is a family oriented, well maintained low density complex. The property boasts many family activities with an oversized pool, smaller kid`s pool, shuffleboards, lighted tennis courts, game room with many game machines, exercise room, an extensive hiking biking trail accessed by just crossing the street, a club house with assorted board games, tv`s, and computer access. The huge beachfront offers wide areas for spreading out and constructing endless sand structures. With so many options there`s constant opportunity for family fun!

The complex resides on 650 feet of pristine beachfront-the largest per unit on the entire Emerald Coast. The private pool is heated and has a separate kiddy pool, and gazebo for relaxing. There is a large separate club house conveniently located near the pools.

This property had the best location ever! Literally steps to beach and pool or just watch it all from the balcony. We loved our condo and everyone had a blast. Views were spectacular! We will come stay again!

Overall we love the beach house condos. We have stayed many times in this complex. Unfortunately this was not one of our best stays. This particular condo had some issues during our stay. Some were addressed quickly others were not fixed at all. The elevator was constantly down and even when Helene was bringing us nasty weather and all the staff was gone because of the storm. The elevator went down during that time. Condo should have been cleaner, to many plumbing issues and broken elevator are really things you don't want to deal with when your on vacation.

Okay Stay...Read This Review

We are a retired military family and federal employees with SEC college kids. We travel a lot. This property is nice, but older. Pros: Walk right out to the beach and parking was no issue. Nice size condo that has been renovated a couple of years ago.Third floor unit, which made it nice if you need to use the stairs. Cons: Could use a little TLC. I hope the owners from Mississippi read this. Your cleaning crew hasn’t told you that the shower curtain liner in the master bath needs replacing. It was moldy at the bottom corners and ripped at the end on the top. Also, in the master shower, there is a mold area on the ceiling where the popcorn has been removed and it shows the black mold above the shower head. Lools like a leak was there once. You shoild get in there and Kiltz it. Light switch in the other bedroom doesn’t work. My girls could only use the lamp in that room. The cabinents are sticky. They need to be wiped down. Your cleaning crew did not wipe the fridge out well at all. The cover on the sleeper sofa needs washing. We put the sheet over it. Looks like some kids spilt a drink or wet the bed. When we got there, I had to pick up goldfish that the cleaners did not get. Basically, you need to hire a new cleaning crew! I had to sweep up sand too. The elevator did not work when we got there. I called and reported this. It went out again. The guy at the Beach House was constantly using a reset key.It was an okay stay. We made the best of it.

This condo is located in a great place as in closeness to the beach and other amenities. The rooms were in great shape. The kitchen had all the appliances to do virtually any type of cooking. The sights from the balcony were awesome. This place deserves a 5 Star!! Thanks again

Perfect for families

Great space for our family of 4. Bedroom has 2 full sized beds which were good for our teenagers even if they did have to share a room. Smaller complex with nice beach space and pool. Chair service was a bonus. Good location and close to shopping & restaurants.

Great room, and a great location

This property is exactly as described. The condo was very clean and very updated. The facility had 24 hour security. The beach service was nice, we had to buy two extra chairs and an extra umbrella to accommodate all of us, but it was cheap, and everything was set in the same place every day. 5 stars all across.

Location is great , close to everything. The condo is clean, view from the balcony and distance to beach could not be better. The walkway to the beach is just steps away. Cookware needs updating. If you plan on cooking, you better bring what you need.

Exactly like the photos

My family loved the location. The beach and views were exactly what we needed. It was our first time in this area and we are very much looking forward to our next trip to Miramar. It was very cozy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, but a little disappointing

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach House but the condo had a few quirks that were very disappointing. First, when we checked in they had a fly problem so there were flys flying around the first couple of days. Second, we were really looking forward to opening the windows and listening to the ocean but there were no screens and the ones that were there had holes in them so we weren’t able to do that without fear of more bugs getting into the condo. Also, the screen door was just damaged and off the track. Third, the toilets and sinks had drainage problems. We would flush the toilet and then the other would have debris that came back through it and filled up the bowl. The drain on the sink in the master bathroom had to be held up in order for it to drain. So we would brush our teeth or wash our hands and then have to stick them in the water to hold up the drain to make it go down. Additionally, the amenities like toilet paper and paper towels were really lack luster. For $2000 I would have excepted more than one-ply toilet paper and the cheapest paper towels available. It was a bit of a smack in the face especially considering that my family and I have stayed many times at the beach house and other hosts have provided much better products for our stay. Some have even provided a nice welcome basket. Finally, we found a bug that looked like a roach in the sink the last day before checkout. Gross! Good things: the bed was really comfortable. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the beach and area were great. The beach service was fantastic and we always had two chairs and an umbrella set up. The tv in the living room was good size and we brought our Fire TV stick for entertainment. The kitchen was nice and has enough utensils for us to make breakfast and lunch. Overall not a bad stay, was just a little disappointing for the price.

Great location

Very nice condo! Beds were comfortable, towels were thick and fluffy. It was perfect for our family. Third floor and right on the beach. Even the pool is right in front of the beach. Condo is on a private beach so it wasn’t crowded at all and beach service just tops it off! We were in walking distance to Surf Hut for dinner , Alvins Island for souvenirs, and down the road from Silver Sands outlet mall. We had a great week.
