Family/Friends Beach Vacation

Location is perfection! Right on the beach. Close to several restaurants we tried! The pool was the perfect reprieve from the sand and bigger waves on some of the days! Beach Planet close by had souvenirs and the trading post had just the odds and ends we needed to make our stay comfy! The cleanliness wasn’t perfect. One room had a bandaid stuck on a dresser and a bathroom had pee/poop on the toilet and door. Gum stuck to rug on main level. Sent pics to rental company and didn’t receive specific response to that. But the rental company was extremely responsive to fixing a broken light outside and delivering a new coffee maker same day! Unexpected: no hand soap in entire house, No kitchen towels. Appreciated the responsiveness of rental co. Overall great stay in a perfect location! The outside decks were great for lunch/drinks at night! The jack n Jill baths worked out great for the families we had traveling with us! The kitchen had us covered for all the cooking we did as well!

Fun for everyone

With a group including children, teens and adults we loved the pool and beach within sight of the house. The comfortable spacious home had everything we needed.

Almost perfect

The property managers responded quickly to the few issues we encountered. The pool was perfect. The location is pretty good. Some from the nearby condos do try to spread out; so stake your beach spot early. Kitchen is well stocked. Knives are sharp. Steep driveway. Didn’t use the bikes we rented. New homes going up on both sides of this house. All in all I was happy with the home.

Horrible Stay

What a disappointing and upsetting experience, Never would have booked this house if we would of known of the construction going on directly beside the house. Had to listen to loud pounding and loud saws from about 7am to 6pm or later from Tuesday thru Saturday!! Contacted Cape and Coast about it and was basically told just deal with it. Ask them about why we weren’t informed about the construction and they stated we normally try to let customers know about it but didn’t reach out to let us know. We ask for compensation or another rental property and was told that wasn’t going to happen! We would never stay here again or use cape and coast ever again. There Moto is even “LIFE IS SHORT VACATION WELL” What a joke. So I’m ending don’t stay at the Seaside Sea Esta because you won’t enjoy it.

Heated Salt Water Pool made our vacation perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, clean, and well supplied with kitchen utilities, etc. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 queen beds with bunk beds in the 4th. The main level had one bedroom with a queen bed. All mattress's were very comfortable. The advertisement states it sleeps 14, however, I feel 12 is more accurate if everyone wants to be comfortable. The lower bunk beds are double size so I am sure that is where they are counting the extra 2. However, kids don't want to sleep together so for us that would not have worked. We had one couple cancel so it all worked out but I am not sure what we would have done it they were able to come. The kids loved the pool! Even with the wind blowing, making it chilly, they were in the pool! It was a lifesaver! The beach was clean and not crowed. This time of year the water was cold but once the kids got in, they said it was warm! We had a major issue but the management company attended to the issue immediately. We had a few minor issues which they took care of immediately as well. Great management company! We did not have great luck with restaurants. The food was okay but no one ever said "this is great!" We cooked at the condo 4 nights out of 7. My biggest issue was the phone service. It was extremely spotty and we had to walk around the house until we hit a good spot where the person we were talking to could hear us. This is not the owners fault but it was frustrating! Hopefully one day a cell tower will build a tower. We rented bikes which the kids loved, young and older! They definitely were used. condo 4 nights out of 7. Yes, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Incredible Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival at Seaside Sea-Esta we were immediately blown away by the beauty of the location. The home is located almost at the end of the cape and it feels very private despite having other homes near by. The beach was never crowded! The pool was fantastic and our children really enjoyed running back and forth between the pool and ocean. The home it’s self was also wonderful. Large and comfortable enough to house our party of 12. The home was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. The owners have gone above and beyond to include details such as cooking utensils and additional appliances such as a crockpot, blender, and various sized pots and pans.We were also pleased to find the home filled with books and games for our family to enjoy! The state park is minutes away and I highly recommend spending a day there on the bayside. We were able to snorkel and see star fish, sea urchins, flounder, crabs, and more. The staff at Cape and Coast are friendly and accommodating. They respond quickly to any and all needs. You won’t regret booking this home with this company for your vacation.

Amazing place!

Perfect location. Private pool was great. Just overall great experience! The only thing I’d wish was different was a slightly earlier check-in time (it was 5 pm), but I understand dealing with the turn over.

Fall Break at the Beach

This property was perfect for our (large group) and had everything we needed. The accommodations were great and the access to the beach was literally steps. We also loved the nearby pickleball courts! Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family really enjoyed our first trip to Cape San Blas. We had 8 adults and 3 small children. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The house is located in a perfect location.The house does have a lot of stairs - which was expected. So if you are unable to do walk up and down stairs this may not be a good home for you since their is no elevator. Cape and Coast was very informative and their app was very helpful to view rental information.

AWESOME GIRLS VACATION

We had a AWESOME VACATION! This house was AMAZING!!! Nine of us girls stayed in this house it was everything they said it was!! Great views! Great Rooms! The beds were SOOO COMFORTABLE! The layout is perfect! The pool was awesome! We took walks on the beach, drank dairies by the pool, cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen. The owners and house managers were VERY RESPONSIVE to all our needs! I have nothing but good things to say about this home! WE LOVED IT! We barely left the property it was so wonderful😊We also had bonfires on the beach by the ocean 2 nights!! That was so cool! We went to a dolphin watch one day. That was also amazing! We had such a great week! We hated to leave!!! Thank you for letting us in your amazing home for the week!!!!
