ONE STUDIO WITH SOFA BED, A BAR AT THE FIRST LEVEL, THE HOUSE IS CLOSE TO A PARK WITH A LAKE, THE HOUSE CLUB HAS A POOL, AND IS 5 MIN AWAY WALKING, IS A BRAND NEW HOUSE, ALL THE ROOMS HAVE AIR AND HEATING, SO YOU CAN USE THEM ALL TIME, IT HAS ONE TV AT THE MAIN ROOM, AN OTHER ONE AT THE TV ROOM WITH VIDEO GAMES AND DVD´S , ONE TV AT THE KITCHEN, THE RECEPTION HAS A LIBRARY , ALL THE ART AT THE HOUSE IS ON SALE.
