Boracay Lower is one side of a duplex (two sides). It can be rented as one side, or as a "whole". To rent both sides of the property, visit the property page called Boracay. Please note, because this property is a duplex some amenities will be shared between both sides of the property.

Boracay Lower is a fabulous 3 bedroom unit capable of VERY comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The property consists of the bottom floor of the 10 bedroom Boracay property (7 additional bedrooms upstairs rented separately during the Off-Season called Boracay Upper). The living/dining/kitchen areas are designed with an open floor plan which provides for a wonderful vacation environment for you and your family or friends. Walk right out your oceanfront door to the private beach access and enjoy the white sandy beaches that Kure Beach has to offer.

Absolutely Amazing

We stayed here for my son's UNCW graduation. The house was gorgeous and we had plenty room for everyone. Great location! Can walk to restaurants. Definitely recommend this property and will stay there again.
