Bright and Clean House close to beach & boardwalk

Special Note: Minimum rental age-30 years old.

Summer 2026 dates/availability will open 12/15/25. Feel free to message me in the meantime. Memorial Day through June inquiries/rentals- We cannot rent to families with teenagers. Please do not request to book if you are booking for your children. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and best suited for small families.

Beautiful, bright, and recently remodeled. A short walk to the beach and the bay. Our home has 2 bedrooms + sun-room. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The seaside boardwalk is only two blocks away.


Bedroom 1- master with queen bed; sleeps 2

Bedroom 2- bunk beds (twin) over full; sleeps 2 adults & 1 child
*top bunk is only suitable for children

Sun-room 3- daybed; sleeps 1

Living room- pull out sofa bed (queen); sleeps 2

Sleeps a maximum of 8 people (7 adults, 1 child)

**Please be aware-Owners may be staying in the guest house that is located at the far end of the property. The guest house is not attached to the main house that is for rent. Owners will not access the house while you are renting, however they may share the driveway at times. Driveway can hold up to 4 cars.

Includes 4 Seaside Park beach passes.

Please include the purpose of your trip in your inquiry. In addition, you will need to bring your own linens and towels. Bed quilts and pillows are provided.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and comfy. We did have an issue with the hot water tank not working at arrival that was temporarily fixed but carried into our 3rd day but Laurie worked hard to get someone out as soon as possible and gave us the use of another part of the property where there was hot water for dishes and use of the outdoor shower. Even though we had the hot water issue there was no other issues with the property and it was an amazing stay! Highly recommend this rental and the owners are very committed to ensuring a great stay.

Beautiful Beach House

Great beach house. Close to beach, nice backyard area for BBQ. Plenty of room for three adults, all bedrooms good sized and sunroom is perfect as 3rd bedroom. Everything modern, nice and in good condition.

Lovely stay!

Beautiful, clean and cozy place in a quiet area. Convenient with thoughtful decor and a nice outdoor space too. Such a great find! The host is wonderful to work with as well.

perfect house

The house exceeded our expectations. It was so clean. It sleeps more than you think because of the pull out couch and the trundle bed. The outside shower was such a bonus. The backyard was perfect for outside entertaining too. A nice long table with plenty of chairs. And the cherry on top was that the owner was so pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely take my family back to this house.

Great Seaside Beach House

The location was close to the beach, bay (perfect for sunsets), and the boardwalk. The house was very clean, comfortable and beautifully renovated. Laurie was very accommodating and very responsive. Enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend!

Beach Goers Paradise

This home is perfect for anyone looking to get away and go to the shore. The house is perfectly situated on a quiet street less than 3 blocks from the ocean. The accommodations are cute, comfortable, and homey. This property is perfect for young families and adults, alike. Proximity the beach, boardwalk, and local playground are unbeatable. Laurie is a superb host and her home is immaculately clean and well kept. She has all the beach necessities for you, just pack your bathing suit and go! We can’t wait to visit the XO Shore House again next year!

Perfect Jersey Shore Getaway

The property - perfect location in Seaside Park. Short walk to bay and beach. Nice quiet street. Short walk to boardwalk as well if you're looking for more action. Way bigger than it seems! Super clean house and the backyard was perfect for grilling and playing with the kids. Outdoor shower was a huge bonus! It felt like home. The hosts - Laurie could not have been more accommodating and easy to deal with. She was available to answer any questions we had at a moment's notice. It was a pleasure to rent this home from her.

Great Property

Laurie’s home in Seaside Park was a terrific. We all agreed that the home and property itself was even better than the photos. While it’s not large, the space is well utilized and was well suited for our family of 4. The house was well appointed, with enough cooking utensils and a nice gas grill to be self sufficient. The walk to the beach was about 8-10 minutes, but should call out that there is a busy road to cross (although that was never an issue for us). Otherwise, the neighborhood itself was quiet. Overall we would recommend for an easy beach getaway.

Lovely time at a lovely house

We had a very nice stay at Laurie’s house. It was ideal for our family. It’s clean, nicely renovated and the central A/C makes it feel heavenly inside when needed. The house is perfectly situated between the shore and the bay. The bayside sunsets were epic! Also, Seaside Park is a quiet, family-oriented town not to be confused with the rowdier Seaside Heights nearby. With that said we did enjoy the boardwalk in Seaside Heights for family food & fun. The beach passes were clutch for access to the very nice local beach. Outdoor shower is an added bonus. And Laurie couldn’t have been nicer.

Nice low key stay

Location is great for beach and bay. House clean and in good shape. Outdoor area and outdoor shower was great. Laurie was easy to work with and helpful. Perfect easy stay.
