House Rules & Guest Requirements

Our home is in a peaceful residential community. To maintain this environment, we strictly enforce the following:

No Parties or Events: We do not host high school/college parties, proms, or graduation celebrations of any kind.

Booking Requirements: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be personally staying at the property for the duration of the visit.

No Third-Party Bookings: We do not allow parents to book on behalf of their children. If the person who booked the home is not present at check-in, the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

Monitoring: For the safety of our home and neighbors, we utilize external security cameras .
