Good amenities, I would bring extra duvets/comforters if I were to stay again at the property. Beach access is great. Parking easy. Garbage can and bags easily changed. Bathroom clean as were the rooms. All in all I’m extremely satisfied with me stay, my family loved the property just as much or more than I did.

Amazing location

We loved our stay and the location simply could not be beat. Our wild children were comfortable and we found everything as described. We would not hesitate to rebook!

The location is excellent. I was disappointed that there is not a usable grill. One option was a very small gas version. Could not find the proper connector or gas source to hook it up. There was also a very small charcoal grill. Guess I didn't read carefully and found out there are no linens provided.

We had a wonderful time, great location…beach, food…property was great with huge deck area, outdoor shower, everything we needed. Nicole was super helpful and easy to get in touch with. Would totally stay there again!

This is a lovely old house in the exact location we were looking for, but the air of neglect is heavy here... It was not apparent to anyone in our group that it had been cleaned before our stay. The bed looked like dogs or kids had jumped on them, dirty pillows balled up in closets and corners. There was black mold on the lampshade in your direct view, while eating at the kitchen table. Cabinet doors were off hinges, the kettle was broken, utensil drawers were filled with dirt and crumbs, the shades in the living room were rusty and falling apart. There were spatters on the couch that appeared to be blood. Our guests both left after one night stay because the beds were so uncomfortable, as was the couch. Everything here seemed very old and tired. It is a shame because it would be fantastic if it was updated and loved just a little...The view from the back into the park is gorgeous. It took me a while to write this review because I don't like to have to say these things, but this was our experience. This was definitely the worst rental we have ever had.

Fantastic stay

Everything as it should be. Kitchen well supplied . Outside deck a joy to have the first cup of coffee of the day and a concluding glass of wine to end the day. Host very quick to respond to questions prior to and during our visit.

Perfectly wonderful place

Wonderful home and location. Just perfect for us. Easy access to a nice variety of places, easy access for fishing and so comfortable. Everything was clean and neat with things on hand such as bicycles etc. Nicole was readily available for any questions, etc. This was the perfect place for a much needed get away. Everything in the home was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home for such a memorable vacation. First time for my daughter and I at the Jersey coast. Hope to make this an annual visit at this very same spot. Couldn’t imagine finding a more perfect place than your home

Great location with plenty of space

You could not ask for a better location right next to Island Beach State Park and resturants. Only 5 minutes from Seaside Heights BW. Nicole was great and very responsive to all communications. The home was clean and spacious. The only things I would improve on is the central AC needs to be updated. If you are planning to stay in hot months (Late July and August) be aware the home will only be around 75-78 degrees for most of the day so pack a dan or 2. The outside shower could use an new shower head and it located directly next to a hotel. It could use about another 3 ft of lattice or fencing to block any unwanted balcony viewing. But all in all , the home was roomy, clean and has an unbelievable front deck for party's and people watching. I would stay here again.

Great property, great location

Loved the deck, when we weren’t on the beach, we were hanging out on the deck. The location is perfect, steps to the beach, and the property borders Island Beach State Park. The house itself has everything you need…we plan on renting this property again next year.
