The resort is located at the north end of the Boardwalk, across the street from the Ocean Center and Daytona Lagoon, the areas water park! Adjacent to the Ocean Walk Shoppes offering theaters and restaurants, the Boardwalk, and Main Street Pier puts you right in the center of all the fun, directly on the ocean. Our unit is tastefully furnished and personally looked after since we are licensed local owners & managers. Spring break 2025

This room was exactly what we expected, it was very clean and had exceptional views. A few friends stopped by and were impressed by the room, they were in the same facility but in the north tower, and was more impressed by this room than theirs. If we ever go back to Daytona beach, we will definitely be staying here.

We were in town for our son’s basketball tournament. We liked the ease of walking to Ocean Center. The condo was clean and comfortable. Access to parking was very convenient. Pool area was fun with live music every day. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time in the condo. The condo is just like it is advertised. Great pool area and right on the beach. The location is great, within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Parking deck was just a short walk.

I am a 40+ year resident of Daytona Beach, FL and a native Floridian. Carmen & I have lived right on the beach at The Grand Coquina condominium since it opened in 1997. We are empty nester's and love to travel ourselves. I believe we have now been to all 50 states, after visiting Alaska in 2018. We also love our home state of Florida and have made many trips around the state. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2004.

Why they chose this property

Ocean Walk is Daytona's finest ocean front resort. It's at the center of all the activity in Daytona's tourist area. I really enjoy all the life and the amenities at Ocean Walk!
