'Fairway Villas' in Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation, is the perfect adult vacation. The entire, newly furnished, condo is overlooking the pond as well as fairway and green #6 green Camellia from second floor. Watch the sunset from the screened in porch while having dinner, cocktails, or watch golfers approach and 'hole out' Or, have your coffee on the front porch chairs and watch golfers on hole #27. The condo is located just 5 minutes from historic downtown Wilmington NC, close to everything Wilmington has to offer, including fine restaurants and quaint shops. The condo is just 20-25 minutes from many beaches. Bed and bath linens are furnished. (45 minutes north of Myrtle Beach)


Golf Course: Our beautiful condo is located on hole #6 Camellia of Magnolia Greens' 27 hole course. The course is both beautiful and challenging. See the many other coursed below.

Beaches: There are several beaches within 20 -25 minutes of Magnolia Greens. The quaint village of Southport is only a 25 minute drive. There are great shops and restaurants, and a 20 minute car ferry can take you across to Kure & Carolina Beaches. Wrightsville Beach is located approximately 18 miles northeast of Wilmington. This beautiful beach town has much to offer.

Wilmington: Wilmington N.C. is a very historical town rich in culture and theatre. Located just 10 minutes north of Magnolia Greens, it has many fine restaurants and pubs. The Cotton Exchange is an old cotton mill that has been converted into small shops.

The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. Location was perfect: close to Harris Teeter grocery, close to Wilmington, close to get on highways. (We learned about u-turns). Close to the airport too. Parking was plentiful and right in front of the condo. The bed was very comfy. My only suggestion is to have more bath towels for your guests. The hosts were very easy to work with and were very responsive in their communication. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is a great place to get away for some golf, pickleball and relaxation. Nan is a premier host - even when we had a little trouble with the garbage disposal, she had it fixed in no time! Would highly recommend this property, and will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay at Nan’s condo. Very roomy, with great decor and everything we needed for a great time. We arrived to Leland early, and Nan worked with us for an early checkin. Highly recommend this property to others visiting the Leland, NC area.

Great Location

Very pleasant condo, and everything was as promised. Great location for us as we began our home search in the Leland area. The screened balcony was great for morning coffee and evening drinks as we watched golfers plunk quite a few shots into the pond behind the unit !

Perfect base camp for son’s wedding

Condo was beautifully furnished and comfortable- plenty of room for family and wedding stuff. The view of fairway and pond was peaceful and serene. A little mixup on the entry code upon checkin but was instantly rectified with owners by phone. Loved the community.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. From the responsiveness of the owner, the excellent information provided in the home, ease of check in and out, and the quality of the property and furnishings; all added up to a perfect base for a winter golf getaway. Besides the initial check in issues, the total stay was great. Beautiful neighborhood. Folks were friendly and nice. The condo was beautiful and clean. The initial pictures do not do it justice. I definitely will stay there again.

Very Clean, Convenient and a Great Price

This is an extrordinary find. Not only is it just 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington, but it's in a beautiful golf setting and the accomodations are bright, clean and delightful. We aren't even golfers and were still very happy with this condo. Twice as nice as the best hotel in town and at a third the cost. I'll be staying here on future trips to Wilmington.

A beautiful home away from home

Nan & Paul’s condo is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home situated on the Magnolia Greens golf course. We stayed here while waiting to close on our new home in Leland. It has everything you need during your stay including a printer/copier/scanner and electric fireplace. A very comfortable choice!

Just like home!

From the moment we walked in the condo it felt like home! It’s a beautiful two bedroom condo, with screened in back porch. Nice living room and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The grounds were lovely, within walking distance to Blossoms restaurant. It was so close to stores and restaurants and a quick drive into Wilmington and area beaches. Nan was so easy to work with and she responded in minutes. We will definitely be back!

Best Condo Yet!

We have been visiting the Wilmington/Leland area for many years for our annual golf trip. We have stayed in the condos overlooking the 15th fairway at Magnolia Greens at least ten times during this time. This was our first time staying in Nan & Paul's condo and by far the best of them all. Spotlessly clean and stocked with every amenity you would ever need to make your stay first class. Also, dealing with Nan was a pleasure from the first contact through finalization. We will definitely be booking with Nan for our future golf trips.

Why they chose this property

We chose Magnolia Greens because of its close proximity to the beautiful town of Wilmington and all it has to offer. We are avid golfers and wanted to be directly on a golf course. The airport is less than fifteen minutes away, and we loved this area at first sight!

What makes this property unique

The condo is open and bright with so many windows and doors. The views are wonderful. Enjoy the spectacular NC sunsets from the back screened in deck while having cocktails and watching golfers. Relax with coffee and the morning sun on the chairs on the front deck and watch golfers come up fairway #27. This condo is unique in that it has been renovated with many upgrades, including a walk-in shower in the master bathroom, new mattresses, granite composite counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, new furnishings and wonderful ambiance.
