Place was very clean. However, hot tub had a few non-functional jets, refrigerator's ice maker didn't work, neither has fireplace worked, and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The cabin is great. The views are good, plenty of room, good layout, great pool table, tv’s and cable in every room..Would have had a great time if not for the following1) no internet or cable was working. I called everyday and was told tech would come out but don’t think this ever happened. We ended up leaving early as I could not work from the cabin without internet. 2) related to above is that ATT and Verizon have no service so can’t use hotspot if the internet is not working. T-Mobile does get ok reception (luckily one in our party has T-Mobile) Super disappointed about the lack of action regarding the internet and cable. FYI there is construction north of ashville so takes a long time to get into Ashville depending on time of day

Hello Salil, Thank you for your review, and we're glad to hear you enjoyed the views, layout and amenities of the cabin! We apologize for any issues encountered with the internet and cable at the home. When you initially reported this concern we sent out a maintenance technician to troubleshoot this issue. Our technician visited the home on 7/19 and could not resolve the issue. From there, we escalated the issue to the internet provider, who had a technician visit the home on 11/21 to troubleshoot it. Unfortunately, we were not able to fully resolve this issue during your stay and apologize for any impact it had on your experience with us. We hope you otherwise had an anjoyable stay, and thank you again for sharing this feedback with us.

Disappointing

After check in we had to wipe all tables down because they were still dirty. Pots and pans were so warped it was hard to cook. Ice maker didn’t work. No broom or vacuum to sweep floors. Towels were thin and stained. There was a crockpot but no lid. Hand mixer with only 1 attachment. The kitchen things and all linens need to be replaced.

The property was about a 6 out of 10.

Our trip was enjoyable, but I would never recommend this place to a friend or family member. The owners are not getting their moniey's worth from the cleaning company. The unit, Margaritaville, was fine as built. The downside was...the unit was not cleaned well. There was dust in places you would not expect it for a rental property. The management came by to check on us and were very friendly and informative. The kitchen was ill equipped. No sharp knives old, scratched non-stick pans that I would not cook in. There was no pepper in the cabinet, let alone oil or other staples. I think there were two wine glass wine glasses and 2 plastic wine glasses. Not a cook's delight.

Please know that if you ever find any issues in the cabin we will come take care of them right away, including cleaning touch-ups. We're forwarding your notes to the cleaning and maintenance teams so they can see what went wrong and look into the cookware. We do not leave salt/pepper/oil in the cabins due to health concerns, as much as we may want to! Thank you again for the feedback, as it's sometimes after-the-fact that we learn of issues.
