Esta unidad está completamente amueblada y viene con un garaje para 1 automóvil. Se encuentra a solo 4 casas a la playa y 3 casas a la bahía. También hay un patio compartido en la planta baja y una barbacoa con la otra unidad de 1 dormitorio en la planta baja.

Overall the property itself was really nice and perfect proximity to the beach. Communication prior to stay was horrible, I attempted to reach out to property mgmt multiple times before the stay, to pay the remainder of my bill; I ended up contacting Vrbo and they got ahold of them finally. The day of check in I still hadn’t received check in instructions so once again I had to jump through hoops but eventually got instructions. What wasn’t mentioned in the description was that there’s no AC in apt. With the windows open it wasn’t bad, but would’ve been nice to have that info up front. There are also limited directions on how to get to the garage to park- eventually through trial and error we found it. Our stay ended up being really nice though

Nice unit for short stays

Very clean and nicely appointed property. We had cool weather for our stay so no AC was not a problem. The only challenge is the very small garage for parking. We brought our Honda CRV thinking that would be compact enough, however the parking garage is so small you can only fit a tiny compact car. Be aware since parking in that area is a challenge, especially during summer travel

Family vacation

Overall it’s a great condo, love the walking distance to the beach. The size was perfect for our family of 4, even though it didn’t have a/c the weather was perfect to leave the windows open and let the breeze in. The only downside was the parking even though it has a garage parking spot our car didn’t fit.

Amazing location

Had a great stay in this condo! It was a tight squeeze for our family of four but we made it work. The beach and the bay are a very short walk, which was really nice. There are many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and there was even a nail shop close by (I broke a nail on the plane and needed a repair!). The washer/dryer in the condo was a godsend and the outdoor shower made beach clean up easy. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The location was great.

There is minimal cooking utensils, plates and silverware. When I compare this to other houses we rented from this is very disappointing. The light fixtures are filthy and bulbs need to be replaced.

Beach cottage upstairs

Had a good stay at this cute place. Everything was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my time there. If you have trouble climbing stairs though I wouldn’t recommend it. Would definitely stay again!

Great Mission Beach rental

Property was clean and well maintained. If you have never stayed in San Diego, pay attention to the fact that most homes do NOT have central air conditioning. This unit has plenty of windows to open for breezes, but the bedroom gets a bit stuffy. Ask for a portable fan if there isn’t one in the closet. IMPORTANT: the garage is TINY, and street parking is non-existent. We had to return our original rental car because it did not fit in the garage. Our new TINY rental car fit with 2-3 inches on either side. I had to crawl in and out of the back of the car. Not an exaggeration. Still a great place to stay.

Location location location

Absolutely loved the location of this property. Everything the listing said was true to a T. There are beach chair available in the garage. We rented a Nissan kick and we were able to park in the garage within an inch of its life. One thing that would make this property absolutely stand out among all others for me would be availability of beach towels, a beach umbrella and a cooler. Just the little extras. However overall it was a great location where you really wouldn’t even need to rent a car. Oh! The oven pre heats insanely fast which was a huge perk for making some frozen pizzas and just some basic items that we made at the condo

It was a perfect spot. My RAV4 stuck out of the garage a little, just wasn’t able to shut the garage door. But no biggie. Was confused at first on how to turn the shower on but there are directions on the shower door that we missed at first. Definitely would love to stay here again

Perfect cozy condo

Was the perfect location for my stay. Pretty small, but clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Easy directions for checking in and checking out. Shower was tough to figure out but I got a quick response when I reached out! Would stay again!

It's true about the garage. The place was great. We walked to the beach a lot! We went out to eat so did not use the kitchen facilities (except the wine glasses).

Overall great stay!

This location was perfect for visiting San Diego! It was great for our day trips to Torrey Pines, close to Downtown and lots of convenient places around. The car port was very small and only allows the doors to be opened a few inches and street parking is available, but limited. Overall the unit was great and was so amazing to be able to take a walk along the beach anytime of the day!

Great location

This listing was exactly as advertised. No frills, but easy to walk to the beach and bay. As others mentioned, the garage is very tight. We barely fit our RAV 4 inside. You will need to purchase or bring things like paper towel, coffee filters, TP, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. as this was not stocked or minimal (for a week’s stay). I would recommend this property to a couple, but not a family. The fold out couch was terrible. You could feel all of the springs.

It's a great small unit. The garage space is very small. I recommend renting a small sedan if you want to park in the garage.
