Cozy little townhouse with Dock for your boat access to the bay for fishing ,gas grill outside with screened in porch ,kayaks available for use pool and it’s a gated community if you’re looking for a nice vacation in Panama City Beach with the comforts of home this townhouse is just for you with washer and dryer on site all the appliances you need just a mile from the beach you have two parking spots go with the unit and all the amenities are new and clean if you Have a boat to bring the total length must not exceed 24 feet sorry for the inconvenience but the dock is only so long and I cannot have your boat encroach on my neighbors lift

Great place, very clean, boat dock and pool only steps away, located close to everything, but in gated community, host very nice and answered phone, helped in every way, had good night sleeps, and good day's in the gulf, and on beach. Host was awesome.

Amazing place to stay with a boat

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect to keep our 24 ft center console boat parked right outside the back door, so convenient. It’s right near Bayside Marina where we got bait, ice, gas and anything else we needed each day. It was extremely clean and the beds were really comfortable and Duane was a great host, very responsive! Highly recommended for the fishing family!!!

The owners were so friendly and made us feel right at home! They explained everything on the property to us so we would know how to operate things. We loved the provided kayaks and crab traps! We enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to dock the boat and walk out to easily get on the boat to enjoy the water. The rental was very clean. Duane was nice and promptly answered questions that I had. We would stay here again.

Awesome place for boats

Awesome awesome awesome. This is a great home-base for anyone with a boat who is fishing. Location is ideal and was easy to drive in the canal. For the ones who care..... the water pressure is amazing, well above anything I have found in the PCB area. Property over was extremely nice and went above and beyond for us. 5 stars through and through.

Baseball Fun -With Kayaking

This condo was the perfect location for our one week of baseball at the Panama City Sports Complex. It was baseball by day and fishing, kayaking, and crabbing in the evenings. We were about 4 miles from the beach and close to many restaurants. We so enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in this area. We got the fun of the lagoon without the beach traffic.
