Our mini-vacations of 3 nights were really good @ Jake's place in PCB for the New Year's eve ... The townhouse is just like the pictures, Jake was a great host, very responsive. The townhouse had everything that you need, all utensils, plates, cups, towels. He also provides with beach seats , beach towels, beach toys, pickleball paddles, and more. The washer and dryer very convenient. I love that the resort is pets friendly, we bring our Husky and was perfect with dog waist stations. Excellent location just 5 min walk from the beach or 2 minutes if you use the golf cart that it is the plus . the resort has a lot of amenities 5 pools, pickle ball courts and more...I totally recommend Jake's place and definitely i will come back in a future visit. Thank you Jake for hosting us.

The owner was super easy to work with! The house was very clean and smelled cleaned upon opening the door! Loved that there was a golf cart to ride around and enjoy all the amenities gulf highlands had to offer. Will definitely book here again!

We had a great stay! This wasn’t our first condo in Gulf Highlands, but it was definitely the best with the most accommodations. The golf cart was SO nice to have! We had a lot to take back and forth to the beach with a baby, so it came in handy big time. We also enjoyed having it to just explore the complex. The condo was fairly close to the beach access area and right next to a pool, which was also super nice! It made everything so much easier! Jake was great with communication and dealing with my minor issues- making everything a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Looked exactly like the photos. Was nice and clean. Very quiet and peaceful. The golf cart makes it a quick trip to the beach. I would stay again.

We loved that it was pet friendly, the colorful yellow room and how the place had so many games to choose from as well as kid things they loved the big bouncy ball and how open the place is as well as all the amenities on the property and the beds are really comfortable

Great location, place had everything we needed. Golf cart was a plus since I'll be having knee surgery next week. It sure helped out alot. Owner was very helpful and the check in was easy and fast. Love the gated community

I currently own two cabins in the Smokey Mountains, one rental in Nashville, and this beautiful beach condo! It is my utmost priority that my guests enjoy their stay to the fullest, and I spare no resource available to me to ensure that!
