The Marais Poitevin, cathedral of greenery of 96,000 hectares so aptly called La Venise Verte, alternating cultivated plains, forests and hundreds of shaded canals, this country of great green silence can be visited on foot, by bike, on horseback, tourist train, but especially on the water.

Villa Meunière, Large house from the 1900s fully restored 218 m2, has everything you need for an unforgettable quiet holiday. Ideally located in the south of the marsh (Le Bourdet, commune of the Marais Poitevin regional park), you can access its paths and canals in 15 minutes by bike via bucolic agricultural trails

If you have a seafaring spirit, La Rochelle, its beaches and its summer nightlife can be reached in 30 minutes by car ...
... but you may prefer the private heated 26 ° swimming pool not overlooked 5x10 (May - September) with solar outdoor shower in teak.

Villa Meunière has a large living room of 68 m2 with 12-place Ethnicraft teak table, cathedral living room and friendly American kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms and 1 TV lounge with sofa bed - (4x double 140 beds + 1 double 160 bed - 4 single beds), 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 foot bath, 2 separate WCs) and a wooded area of 3,500 m2 with barbecue.

The house has 12 places, to which two places are added in an exceptional way for the TV lounge used as a bedroom, i.e. 14 places at most (strict).

The terrace has a 10-person stone table overlooking the pool.

Of course, all modern equipment is present: - Oven, washing machine, microwave, two fridges with freezer, dishwasher, 117 cm TV, DVD player, stereo, wifi, fireplace, iron. (X Box one and BD for the youngest, but not only).

For the fun side you can use a table tennis of the best quality or a 190 cm pool table.
