Great location in Fruita. We biked into town for dinner at the Hot Tomato and had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. The house was really comfortable for 4 couples. Great kitchen and entertaining space. Would go back!

What a lovely place to stay with plenty of room and amenities to make everyone comfortable. The only heads-up is that that gorgeous Colorado sunshine will make its appearance known early, as the beautiful light-filtering blinds in the bedrooms are not blackouts! For everyone except the east-facing bedroom - we enjoyed the brightness, as we miss it an awful lot in the Inland Northwest :-) They were especially dog-friendly and he enjoyed the care. We will be back!

Comfortable and just as described

Liked the neighborhood, folks were very friendly. There was a nice walking trail nearby that we made good use of - was a good jumping off place to visit Grand Junction and the Mesa.

One of the Best I've stayed at...

I travel quite a bit...and this was one of the best properties I've stayed at. The house was very clean, organized, well appointed and communication with the management team was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!

Excellent Place to Stay

The house suited our family of 3 couples and a single. It was a beautifully kept place inside and outside. It was roomy and comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen and had plenty of storage space in the pantry. It was a great place to stay!!

Very nice modern home

Worked very well for the 5 of us for our mtb trip. Close enough to town for convenience but in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space everything we needed for meals too.

Family vacation

The house is wonderful! Spacious enough for all to have their own bedrooms and space to gather to visit or eat!! Love the outdoor space as well! An hour later checkout would be fabulous!!

We came to Grand Junction for our daughters college graduation. The house is beautiful. It was clean and had enough plates, cups, utensils for all of us. I would deay here again and

Great place for your Fruita adventures

Nice and clean - well laid out. There are farms near house so you may get some farm smells when you are in the back yard

Best Customer Service

The house was lovely, exactly as pictured. What made this a 5 star stay was the check in process and customer service provided while we there. Texts and emails checking in and asking how they could make the stay better. Nice touch.

Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving week at Hawk House. It was wonderful, had everything we needed. Only two problems, the nice large tub in the master bath that I was looking forward to soaking in, did not have hot water :(. The other issue was several light bulbs were burned out. Master shower was very nice. Would stay again, really wanted to try that tub.

Fabulous Stay!

What a fabulous home ! We were just a few minutes to the Colorado National Monument which made it perfect for a sunset adventure. The backyard was wonderful and the owners thought of everything we needed.

Love property but kitchen not well stocked with utensils

Been here twice and our only complaint is the lack of utensils in kitchen. A spatula is a basic utensil and there is not one except for huge grill spatula - argh! Thanks for ice trays. Needed those. The master bedroom tv is not in working order. Bummer. The outdoor spaces are lovely and the garage is great for all out bikes.

Lots of love and family time!

We are so grateful to have a home that could accommodate our family with dogs, children and adults. The home was relaxing with all kitchen needs for every meal we made. Moon Farm was very special for the kids and the bikes were wonderful!

Wonderful house

This house was perfectly located nearby many things we wanted to do during our stay and had plenty of space for all of us. Even the dogs loved this house.
