Manoir de style antebellum rénové dans les années 1850 au centre-ville

Vivez comme un local dans cet appartement de trois chambres et deux salles de bain situĂ© au centre-ville de Charleston. InstallĂ© dans une maison historique datant de 1851, chaque dĂ©tail de la location a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© en 2017 pour prĂ©senter un sol en pin cƓur antique, des murs Ă  rainure et languette, des quincailleries europĂ©ennes datant de la pĂ©riode d'origine de la maison, une cuisine entiĂšrement personnalisĂ©e, une toute nouvelle laveuse et sĂšche-linge, et plus encore.

Le plan d'étage est idéal pour socialiser avec un salon et une cuisine à aire ouverte à une extrémité et les trois chambres à l'autre extrémité. Le salon et la cuisine donnent sur la rue Cannon, l'une des rues les plus animées du quartier Cannonborough-Elliotborough, qui abrite de nombreux magasins et restaurants populaires à quelques pas de la location.

La cuisine personnalisĂ©e prĂȘte pour le chef comprend des appareils de cuisine haut de gamme qui facilitent la prĂ©paration de tous les repas - bien qu'avec autant de bons restaurants Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la location, il puisse ĂȘtre difficile de rĂ©sister Ă  sortir pour les repas. Hors de ce salon / cuisine se trouve un porche classique de Charleston, offrant aux clients un espace extĂ©rieur Ă  visiter et regarder les gens.

Les trois chambres disposent de lits queen confortables avec une literie moelleuse. Deux des trois chambres disposent d'une salle de bain complÚte (douche et WC - pas de baignoire). L'une des deux salles de bains s'ouvre à la fois sur la chambre et le couloir, permettant à la troisiÚme chambre d'accéder à la salle de bain depuis le couloir juste à cÎté de la chambre.

La location est situĂ©e au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage (escalier en colimaçon!) de la maison et est l'une des trois locations que nous proposons dans la maison. Veuillez vous renseigner si vous ĂȘtes intĂ©ressĂ© Ă  rĂ©server plus d'une location et nous serons heureux d'essayer d'accueillir de plus grandes parties tout au long de nos autres locations. Une place de stationnement sur place est disponible pour la location - avec de la place pour garer une autre voiture de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue dans un parking que nous louons.

Aucune fĂȘte ni aucun bruit nocturne ne seront tolĂ©rĂ©s.

Amazing!

Better than expected, pictures do not do it justice. Bedrooms are large, with comfy beds. Cute bathrooms with era type decor. Kitchen well stocked and super cute! The Southern porch is the real winner! Large, comfy and lamp lit for a cozy ambiance. The one note is the narrow spiral staircase to enter the residence. For 3 older women with suitcases, it took a team effort. Loved it!

Relaxing close to everything

The Charlestonian is in a great location within walking distance of some great dining and shops. The apartment has a nice vibe with interesting and unique design choices. The beds were very comfortable with high end linens. Both the front veranda and back porch are very comfortable with teak furniture and accessories. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cookware and utensils to prepare meals if you choose to stay in and cook. Also, having a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We had a great week at Charleston. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to experience downtown Charleston.

Beautiful property

Great spot near king street. Good bagel spot nearby. Owners provided great coffee and tea as well as board games. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch. Met one of the owners who was delightful and let us tour the other upstairs unit. Clearly they have put a lot of sweat equity in this place!

Spectacular!

This place is amazing! Our host was very responsive and made check in easy and efficient. The property itself was super comfortable with every amenity you need! Great place in downtown Charleston!

We were in town for a wedding, this was the perfect place to stay for access to great restaurants, coffee shops, and just touring Charleston. Loved the historic features of the beautiful home! The kitchen was small but beautifully designed and had everything we needed. My husband loved the extra large coffee mugs!!

Wonderful property - perfect for a long weekend

We flew down to Charleston for a girls weekend. This VRBO caught our attention right from the start because of the gorgeous pictures. The location did not disappoint! It was a lovely property in a great location - close enough to everything we wanted to see, but in a residential area that was quiet and safe. We had a blast. We definitely felt pampered. Would love to come again, and stay here! The attention to detail was wonderful, and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Very nice place in a great location

The property was as described and met our expectations. Very nice inside and out and within walking distance to just about everything. Food (literally on site and next door), coffee, stores, and a few small parks. You can't do much better in my opinion.

Fantastic location + historic property = amazing girls weekend!

The property was even better than the photos! Clean, spacious, welcoming, and warm. The deck/piazzas were amazing for lounging in the morning. Each bedroom has its own flair and we loved learning about the history of the property. Steps away from great shops and food. Cannot recommend this place and location enough!
