House with colorful touches, family-run, near the sea
Comfortable family home located in a very quiet area in the heart of the small market town of Ploudalmezeau. Close to all shops and restaurants, the house is located only 3.5km from the beautiful white sand beach of TREOMPAN. Access to the coast and its various aspects (wild coast, dunes, beaches, port) is done quickly by bike.
The town includes many hiking trails including the GR34.
The house offers three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two pretty bathrooms.
The kitchen - dining room - living room is very bright.
The enclosed garden with its 40 m2 terrace facing south west allows you to have a good time. The house is ideal for one to two families with children. (indoor games) and the rich garden with its portico and trampoline will delight the little ones.
Two kayaks are made available to vacationers for beautiful water sports.
Very convenient access on foot to all shops (bakery, bookstore, restaurants, food ...), to the Arcadia cultural center and to the animal park (free) of the new mill.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Sommerurlaub, das Haus war vollständig eingerichtet und der Garten bot sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Entspannen. Weiterhin sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ideal. Schöne Strände sind mit den Auto einfach zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung. 2 Bäcker und ein großer Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die nächsten Strände sind ca. 5 km entfernt.
Das Haus ist liebevoll und gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen Garten, den wir viel genutzt haben.
Die Anmietung lief problemlos, die Vermieter sind sehr nett, waren während unseres Aufenthaltes aber im Urlaub. Die Übergaben wurden von der sehr freundlichen Verwalterin durchgeführt und waren professionell und unterhaltsam.

Maison parfaite Avec enfants!
Nous avons adoré les deux semaines dans la maison de Ploudalmezeau. La maison est très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque! De plus, les nombreux jeux et livres pour enfants (et adultes!) nous ont régalé! Le jardin est super. Nous ne sommes pas loin des commodités, petit restau et pas loin des plages. Le temps n'était pas au rendez vous mais nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour. Location très agréable et idéalement située
Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Ploudalmezeau.
La maison est très bien équipée, une décoration soignée avec un confort agréable, très propre et un jardin joliment fleuri avec terrasse, salon de jardin et jeux pour les enfants.
La maison est très bien située, au calme et les commerces sont accessibles à pied.
De plus la région est vraiment magnifique, des paysages de carte postale sur la côte mais également à l'intérieur des terres.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

idéal en famille
Un superbe séjour pendant 15 jours dans cette jolie maison ou il y a tout le confort aussi bien dehors que dedans .
Idéal pour les enfants car le jardin est clôturé avec pleins de jeux pour les enfants aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'a l'exterieur .
La mer est magnifique le village est sympathique et il y a beaucoup de choses à faire au alentours .
Comme une ballade en zodiaque pour allée voir les dauphins et les phoques en pleine mer ou bien visiter des phares , les marchés comme celui de st Ronan le chateau .... en 15 jours nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous ennnuyer .
Des propriétaires très gentil !!!

magnifique
C'est la plus belle maison de vacances que nous avons loué. Tout la famille était très content de nos séjours à Ploudalmezeau. Il y a tous qu'il faut pour une famille, plein de jouets et plein de place dans une belle maison. Merci beaucoup pour nous avons loué votre maison!

Maison familiale confortable à la déco soignée
Nous avons passé des vacances en famille très agréables et confortables, tout est bien pensé dans cette maison et les équipements du jardin sont très appréciables. Les propriétaires sont charmants et de bon conseil. Nous nous sommes senties au calme et en sécurité, nous avons pu profiter de la grande plage à 10 minutes en voiture. Le village est mignon avec un petit marché et une crêperie très bonne. Plein de balades à faire. Nous recommandons cette maison !
