Offering short breaks from Friday for 3 nights & from Monday for 4 nights or weekly from Mondays or Fridays!

2nd floor open plan self catering Garden Penthouse Studio - with its own very large furnished balcony off the lounge area giving lovely views over 520 sq mtres of terraced gardens.

The Penthouse Studio has open plan living with stylish leather sofa, LCD flat screen TV, Freesat, DVD, all High spec. There is a fully kitted out kitchen area including dishwasher, there is dining for 3. The sleeping area has a Kingsize bed with 2 bedside cabinets with touch lights and dimer for main light, also TV viewing from bed. There is a gorgeous luxury large en-suite shower room. There is Digitally controlled central heating throughout as our self catering apartments are available for holiday all year. There is private parking and a security intercom entrance to the apartment.

On site is a wet-room with hot & cold shower, secure surf wet/dry store, purpose built BBQ's & patios plus a massive communal garden all with amazing full-length beach views.

Number 7 Southover beach apartment

The apartment was really nice and had everything me and my partner needed for the week. Tom was very helpful and was a nice touch with the complementary wine. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here in the future.

Fabulous penthouse

We stayed for the bank holiday weekend and had a great time. Flat 7 is very well equipped and there was plenty of space for two and a schnauzer. The location is ideal and the downstairs shower, steam room and surfboard storage area made life easy. We’ll be back!

We had a great week in Woolacombe and stayed in the Penthouse room 7. We were greeted by Tom and even a bottle of wine. The apartment was well equipped just a small room with bathroom. We would go back but perhaps prefer a larger apartment next time to avoid using the ZBed. Thank you to Tom and wow holidays.
