As seen on HGTV House Hunters International, (2019 season 129, episode 13)! This spectacular condo is located on the 8th floor of the Sonoran Sea with breathtaking views of colorful sunsets on the Sea of Cortez. Wake up listening to the waves on the beach and enjoy your coffee or meals on the 300 square foot patio/terrace. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo can sleep 6 people comfortably.

Please note that we give 10% of the nightly rental amount to local charities that we support!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy the 32 inch TV and smart DVD player. The second bedroom offers a new mattress as of 02/2023 for the king size bed! It also has a 32 inch TV and smart DVD player for those who want to relax away from the beach and the water. There is a queen size fold-out couch/bed in the living room. Here you can also enjoy the new 55 inch screen smart TV that includes Netflix, along with various DVDs. The condo has secured, high speed, dedicated, WiFi internet access including free Netflix in each bedroom.

The kitchen is up to date with all of the necessary appliances and kitchen wares needed to enjoy your home cooked meals. The 6 person dining room table extends to allow for extra seats. This allows you to continue to enjoy time with your family and friends while sharing meals together.

The condo is managed by the property management company on site. If there is ever a question, concern, or issue, you can go to the front desk and they will help you with whatever is needed.

Tired of cooking? There are 5 restaurants within walking distance. The swim-up bar also has food.

Relax and enjoy easy access to pristine pools or a clean and safe "Sandy Beach".

The condo has been recently updated and is ready for your family and friends to enjoy just as much as we do!

Perfect place in Rocky Point

We love staying at the Sonoran Sea in Rocky Point. This condo gave us everything we needed gorgeous views great location comfy space!It rained while we were there so my only complaint is the patio can get pretty slippery when wet. We laid some towels down so we didn’t slip.

Family getaway

The condo and the resort amenities are wonderful! When you step out on the patio you instantly are taking back by the panoramic view. Andrea is a gracious host and is completely knowledgeable of the area. It is the best place to stay at Sandy Beach. We will definitely be back!

Great Condo.

Great condo for a getaway

This condo is AMAZING for end of summer break vacation. The views of the property and sea will have you sitting on the patio for hours! The beach chairs that are provided were perfect for the hours spent on the beach. There's a great little breakfast place outside the resort as well. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. Andrea is quick to respond.

Perfect family vacation!

My family and I just spent a week at this condo and it was amazing! The place was super clean, looked exactly like the photos, and the location was great. Everything we needed was there, and having a washer and dryer was great- no dirty laundry to do when we got home. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck, which has an unbelievable view. Andrea was very helpful and responded to my inquiries very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

This condo is just as described!!!! It was so wonderful, the views were spectacular!!! I will definitely be coming back. Very clean, beds are comfortable, pool is amazing, lots of places to sit on the balcony. Exactly what we needed to unwind!! Loved everything!!!!

Comfortable Condo with Gorgeous Views

We enjoyed the very large patio with plenty of comfortable furniture to relax and take in the gorgeous views. The condo is well stocked with loads of beach gear including towels and chairs. We found the owner and the on site management to be very communicative and responsive. The Sonoran Sea resort is located on a beautiful stretch of beach and is well maintained. We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful comfy accommodations, friendly , helpful staff, BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!

Our first VRBO experience has been great . The condo was exactly as discribed, beds were comfy , all the appliances worked well. You could not have asked to deal / communicate with a nicer person ... A “True” Getaway!

We travel to Puerto Peñasco a couple of times a year and have stayed in numerous places, but this one is the best yet!We have found that Owners that use their properties are the best ones to rent from and Andrea’s place is a case in point.First the Condo has a wonderful beach/chill vibe as it is both beautifully furnished and comfortable!The beds were very comfortable (which is often not the case). Also the Management company is efficient and available if needed.The Condo is well appointed with a kitchen that is obvious someone actually uses to cook.Beach towels and chairs are provided. And the balcony is fantastic! It has both a table and chairs (for meals, games, etc.), but also 2 very comfortable lounge chairs. The view is amazing.We hope to be able to stay again on our next trip as well as future ones. Thank you for providing such a perfect beach getaway!

Perfect getaway for annual Girls Trip

Andrea’s place is amazing. Beautiful view, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen with every gadget and convenience we could possibly need made this girls weekend a dream. I contacted Andrea about a possible early check in and the whole process was flawless! The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The proximity to restaurants and the on site store made it possible for us to spend most of our time on the beach. Any questions we had were promptly answered by Andrea. I would definitely stay here again and hope to make it the venue for our annual girls getaway.

Clean and wonderful bed set up!

Clean and fabulous bed set up in this condo! We comfortably slept 6 people and could have fit 2 more! Beautiful view of the ocean, beach, and Sonoran Sun resort facilities! Loves staying here and would definitely come back! One thing that was frustrating was the elevator was out when we first arrived but the owner was quick to contact the management to take care of it. Could use more toilet paper stocked up but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much! Plenty of games and movies to play and watch if there's a rainy day!

Weekend getaway

The unit was surprisingly spacious, especially the balcony. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the breeze and amazing view. The furniture and decor was tasteful and comfortable. Everything worked well for us with respect to appliances, internet, and TV (Netflix). It was also well appointed with little extras like shampoos, laundry supplies, seasonings, etc. We would definitely recommend this unit and the owners. They were very helpful throughout the process, and we found everything to be better than advertised. A very good value for the money spent.

Well Maintained Older Unit

This unit is clean, well maintained and lager enough for a family of six without feeling crowded. I would have given the unit five stars had it not been for the smell coming from the drain in the laundry room. Master bedroom is very large, second bedroom with bunk beds was dark.

My husband and I purchased this property with my mom and dad. We wanted to be able to have our girls grow up on the beach and build family memories. Growing up in Phoenix, I never knew that Rocky Point was such a paradise. It wasn't until I was an adult that I started vacationing in Rocky Point and started to love it!

The sunsets are amazing from the balcony! You can enjoy walking on the beach and searching the tide pools when the tide is out. Sandy Beach is semi-private, clean, and family friendly. You can enjoy a massage on the beach by Yolanda, fresh mangos cut like flowers with chili pepper sprinkled on it, Jet Ski rentals from the beach, or Banana Boat rides from the beach. You can also enjoy the lounging by one of the two pools, the swim up bar, or the heated pool in the winter.
