The condo was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our relaxing weekend and had everything we needed! The views are gorgeous from the balcony and it is amazing to be located right on the beach.

We had a great stay! Been going to Rocky point my whole life and never stayed at Sonoran Sea before but we loved it. The condo was spotless and smelled so good when we checked in. The view was great and the location is perfect for us. We love Banditos and Wrecked at the Reef! Pictures don’t do this condo justice. Would definitely stay here again.

Having owned an Inn I’m much more obsessed with cleaning. Just below the toilet roller on the wall was a distressing sight. Just between us. My Hotel staff thought I was as a former forensic investigator. I used a blue light and I looked around. Thanks.

Perfect family getaway

We love staying at this condo! Traveled with my hubby, our two teenage boys, and my mom. The kitchen had everything we needed and we often ate our meals outside on the patio. The beach in front of Sonoran Sea is very sandy without a lot of coral/rocks so that was lovely as well. We will be back!

Relaxed week.

Lovely property - if you have kids this is a good resort. Nice beach with lots of shells to collect, twisty slide for under 12. Condo is very nice, check in was a breeze and Brian is fabulous - he emailed me weeks before our arrival with info about the area and any needs we had. He recommended some restaurants and activities. The unit had everything we needed and then some. Having paper towels, TP was great. There is laundry on site. Afternoon shade on the balcony was a must - the umbrella in the photos was missing, but not needed. Having margarita glasses and wine glasses was fun. the beds were super comfortable if you like soft memory foam toppers - if you like firmer there are plenty of extra pillows to tuck under your back. Linens were clean and plentiful. The locking security screen door at the main entry allows you to open it up and get a nice airflow through the unit. A few items/cushions were worn; not working ( can opener) , but Brian was very gracious and attentive in his responses and plans on replacing the items. This was a great stay with an amazing host - much nicer than working through the group rentals or concierge. I highly recommend this unit for the host, location (8th floor, west side) and pure enjoyment.

Great condo

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our needs, with a great view as a bonus! Brian was an excellent host; he was quick to help us when we had questions and needed some assistance shortly after arriving. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Sonoran Sea. The condo was very well supplied of paper products, etc.. and had all the needed kitchen gadgets and utensils. Wonderful view of Sandy Beach from the balcony and the patio furniture was very comfortable. Beds were very nice and comfortable. Owner very prompt and responsive throughout our booking. Loved the wall decoration of a clock reading just after 5 to give that "5 o'clock somewhere" vibe! Thanks again for the lovely stay.

Just “ok”

Not great. I love the resort and amenities. Restaurant is amazing. Room was “ok” beds were pretty old and lumpy. A/C was terrible. It was so hot I couldn’t even sleep. Curtain rod fell down in the night scared everyone. Almost hit one of my kids. Heavy metal pipe taped together. Sheets were too small and fell off beds. No pillow cases on some. One pillow had blood stains on it. Unfortunately we will not be renting from here again.

Fantastic stay with a very thoughtful host!

Brian was extremely thoughtful in his communication giving us lots of good pointers to help enrich our stay. The condo was clean and stocked and Brian was easily available by phone to help us if we needed. 10/10 will stay again!

Great place except ac

Everything was good during our stay except the temp inside was miserable the first two days until owner lowered ac temp Another two degreees. I’ve been to rocky point multiple times and know humidity makes a difference but never had an issue with ac at other places I stayed

Wonderful vacation stay

Wonderful stay, amazing condo, beautiful views, great restaurants which serve very delicious food. We had great recommendations from owner. Brian was very helpful, easy to communicate and open to answer questions. Check in and out was easy and fast.

We have loved the Sonoran Sea from the moment it was built. Sitting on THE premier section of Sandy beach, void of any rocks. Centrally located with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. This resort boasts the closest proximity to the beach of any property on Sandy Beach. Once off the elevator, only a few steps to the pool area and then onto the beautiful beach. Newly installed palapas provide a wonderful location to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.
