Deze duplex met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is perfect voor uw vakantie in het paradijs of in de winter! Gelegen in Key Colony Beach, is het een zeer korte wandeling naar de Cabana-club die een olympisch zwembad, jacuzzi en strand met een bar en snackopties voor aankoop biedt. Lidmaatschap is inbegrepen.

Er is buitenmeubilair om te ontspannen, samen met een gasgrill om uw vangst van de dag te grillen. Er is 30 'van dok voorgevel voor u om uw boot te brengen als u ervoor kiest of een voor de dag of week huren. Er is een bootlancering in de buurt die gratis is en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor uw trailer en maximaal 2 auto's.

Er is een speeltuin op 1st Street, op korte loopafstand van de kinderen, evenals restaurants, tennisbanen en een 9-holesgolfbaan in Key Colony Beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family and friends. The filet table and tiki hut were great for when we got off the boat, the kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking we did and the house was really comfortable and well set up. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in the keys. We brought our boat and parked it right outside in the canal. The neighborhood has a pool and restaurants. Perfect stay!

Great Stay for Lobstering Week

Great Location to Beach Club

With small children, the short walk to the Cabana Beach Club was great. The dock in back was good for any boat up to roughly 25'. Quiet neighborhood.

Days in Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Chris's property. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and the location is perfect for visiting the local beaches or just walking to the Cabana Club to enjoy the hot tub, the pool and the adjacent beach. We look forward to return visits to an amazing, small piece of paradise.

The property upgrades were beautiful! We enjoyed our stay, close to great restaurants. We brought our boat did some fishing and snorkeling. Short drive to Key West for a day visit. Love the property, hosts were very friendly and very responsive. Will stay again. Thank you!

Beauty in paradise

One of the nicer beach properties we have stayed at. Short walking distance to Cabana Club pool and ocean, comfy beds, kitchen utensils and board games. Minor inconvenience was that WiFi was spotty and inconsistent but not a huge deal since we were on vacation.

Wonderful spot

Four adults and 2 children stayed very comfortably in this home on the canal. The owners were nice and informative and very quick to respond. Having the storage space for our fishing rods and bait cooler was a great asset to the trip.

Great space on quiet street

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on 3rd Street. The unit has a great layout and is very roomy. Everything was clean and having the laundry room on the main level is a plus. Updated bathrooms and kitchen are especially nice. The host was great to work with and responded promptly to any questions.

Key Colony Beach

A great, large sized Key Colony Beach home. The location is absolutely brilliant. Everything you need for a family/friends getaway is provided for you. Quiet water front canal location with dockage and walking distance to waterfront dining. We enjoyed our stay here, made many memories and would recommend it highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring the Keys.

We are Chris & Kevin and we are from Hammondsport, NY which is in the Finger Lakes region. We love our summers boating on Keuka Lake and decided to extend our summers with the warm temperatures of the Florida Keys. We bought our place in July of 2014 and have enjoyed every moment that we can get away since!

We fell in love with Key Colony Beach upon renting a unit just down the street on Ocean Ave in 2012. After looking at numerous houses, duplexes and condos on various different Keys, we decided that our first love was where we were destined to buy. We have enjoyed vacationing and sharing our home with others ever since.
