I'm an "Army Brat" and moved to Central Florida 1980 after my dad retired. Went into the insurance business and caught a sailfish while on a convention trip. Needed a place to put my fish when it came from Acapulco. So I went looking for a condo on the beach!

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
