Great stay

Our stay was great! It’s exactly as described. The views are wonderful! I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. The owner was very nice and responsive!

The view, the building, the pool area. the staff, the willingness to work with me were all stellar. Lisa is an absolute doll! As for the actual property, it sufficed but definitely needs some TLC. Door handles were broken, chairs on patio were cheap and semi-broken. The appliances were fine, mattresses weren’t great but did the job. It could use a good deep clean as there was food under the beds that wasn’t ours. The washer needs a good de-molding. Definitely an amazing property but a little disappointed in the lack of care for the unit.

Great property and excellent views. Our family enjoyed our time here. The couch has a pull out bed which gave us the extra space we needed with 3 teenagers. This unit comes with beach towels and access to beach chairs, floatation devices, wake boards and other various beach items you might need. Lisa quickly handled the one small issue we had. The only negative was the disorganization in the kitchen cabinets...lol. My wife took it upon herself to start organizing the drawers one night. But it all seriousness, the property was great and we'd stay here again!

Wonderful experience!

The listing is just as advertised. The views are beautiful, the facility is clean, and plenty of amenities. Only negatives were that the outside of windows to the building appear to have not been cleaned in quite some time. We would come back!

This place was amazing. Waking up and watching the sun rise over the ocean while still in bed was beautiful. The residents that we met were great. I would recommend this place if you are in the Daytona area. I would stay here again.

Great location

Great experience and location. The property manager was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Location, view, and amenities are spectacular. My girlfriends and I just walked on the beach, sat in the hot tub and ate great food. Wonderful, relaxing, time.

Fantastic Condo with Breathtaking Views!

The view was absolutely amazing! The river was to the right and the beach and ocean were to the left. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys a quiet place to stay because we never heard any outside noise.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from our 22 floor condo was spectacular. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Condo very clean. Lisa the property manager was extremely helpful with entire check-in. We are already taking about returning next year.

It was a very nice unit. A little disappointed with the cleanness - the kitchen cabinets were dirty as was the tub in the 2nd bath. Washing machine was moldy. Will book again for next year.

The Views Are Everything

Exceptional experience. The views are everything. Windy the first two which makes balcony a no go but when there is a breeze or no wind there is no better place to be! The amenities of Peck Plaza are wonderful too. We enjoyed lounging on the vast deck overlooking the beach with easy access on to it and evenings at Top of Daytona hanging out in the bar with nightly live music.

Great stay

The condo was very clean and the view was breathtaking. Only issue was both bathroom sinks drained very slow so it was a task brushing your teeth. Also the showerheads were moved away from the opening of the shower and you were unable to move them. Kind of uncomfortable if you are over 5"8. The washer and dryer were great! Very nuch needed. We will definitely stay again if we visit again

Views are great but place is a bit dated. Only one elevator works. Not enough dresser or equivalent space in second bedroom. Nice set of fun options pool, hot-tub, shuffleboard etc. plus indoor things. Restaurant at top too pricey for most folk. nice free parking, access to manager so-so but she was great to help.

Best Views Ever!

Location perfect, and the views of ocean and inter coastal water way Magnificent! Building had two elevators for guests and residents, one out of service the entire week of our stay. The last 48 hrs of our stay saw the one operating elevator broken down twice, several hours each time. Not only inconvenient, but dangerous for those on higher floors. We will not stay there again unless both elevators for guests and residents are fully functional.

Wonderful views from condo. Owner had me take out a damage insurance policy. A small additional price to pay for an amazing stay. I repaired the glass doors over the kitchen sink, they were falling out when we got there. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. After I got home, the owner filed a claim against the damage policy for a stovetop glass that was broken when we got there. The property manager pointed out the damage when we arrived. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo

Loved this condo. Great views. Beach was wonderful and the pool was warm. Quiet time of the year which we liked or maybe this area is quieter than New Syrmerna where we usually stay. Secure building. Property manager was handy. There is a secure covered parking space with the condo which we couldn’t use because our vehicle was over 6 feet. So be aware. We were there for the weekend and disappointed that no coffee was supplied. Also no dishwasher tabs were supplied and only one clothes washer tab. Masterbath dark and dated. But we would definitely stay here again.

Disappointments

The view was absolutely beautiful. The elevator was out most of the time we were there which made it very inconvenient since we were on the 22ndd floor. Also, the heater on the pool had been out for a couple weeks so it wasn't available. There was supposed to me garage parking but that wasn't available either. On the positive side Rita one of the board members did all she could to help us in the very inconvenient situation. Thank you, Rita! It was too pricey for all the inconvenience. But, it was an amazing view.

Excellent location!

The condo, on the 22nd floor has awesome views of the river and beach! The building is centrally located in Daytona Beach Shores. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were pleasantly decorated. The washer and dryer looked brand new and the living room furniture was as displayed in the photos. The kitchen appliances and pots and pans were great. However, the dishes and silverware looked like they were original to the 1970's building! The Keurig was a nice touch. We had an issue with the thermostat and the owners promptly addressed our concerns. The unit was advertised as "open floor" plan, but the kitchen was not open to the living room at all. When I see the words "open floor plan", I picture the kitchen and living room being in one large space. The building has been around for many years, but it was well maintained. And the reserved parking space was a plus!

Needs new elevataors

There were lots of good things to report on this property. It was clean, view was wonderful, just beautiful. Comfortable beds. Also some not so good things to report. The elevators are awful. One is completely out. We learned had been down for several months. The other one stopped working while we were there; however, it was repaired within 24 hrs. This is a problem for a person who cannot do stairs! Elevators are also very loud. Also the living/dining area does not have any type window covers. It desperately needs shades (like the ones in the bedrooms) because the sun in the mornings is really bright at the dining table and living area. We had to wear sunglasses and caps to cover oujr eyes to eat breakfast. There were no bar stools at the bar which would have been helpful at breakfast. The only other thing that was derogatory was the seating in the living room was very uncomfortable. The sofa and two recliners could be updated to make a more enjoyable stay. We used blankets to help build up the seats to sit in them. The outdoor area is great, very spacious, with lots of amenities. Parking was really nice too.

22nd Floor Stay

The check in process was a little worrisome at first because I hadn’t received any check in info from the host the day of check in. I saw some prior reviews saying the host never responded nit they did reach out right before check in. This is the info provided for those that don’t hear from the host for future bookings: “You will meet our local PM, Lisa at the building lobby area for your check-in. Please text or call her at 1-386-562-1547 to inform her of your approximate arrival time on the day of your travel. If you would arrive very late, please make sure to notify Lisa so she will make special arrangements so you would be able to check in regardless when you will arrive.” Lisa was so helpful. We arrived later than expected because of traffic and Lisa was fine for the day, but she left the keys in a secure place. The views from the property are breathtaking. There was a locker in the garage full of beach equipment and the condo was full of plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We took our own laundry detergent to wash as much as we wanted to. The kitchen was also fully stocked. The only complaint is the hot tub was closed our last day and one elevator was out of service which delayed checking out because we had to wait for long periods. The checkout process was easy. Just leave the keys and fobs in the room and be on your way.

The board walk and many restaurants are just a few minute drive away. Orlando is about 60 miles south west.
