This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes, and we had a wonderful stay! The house looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our family of five with three young children. The location was ideal for exploring the area. The hosts were lovely and quick to respond throughout the booking process and at checkout. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect location for our girls wine weekend getaway! Close to so many wineries and a short drive to Penn Yan. Located right on the lake, we loved hanging out on the dock and having drinks at night around the fire pit. The home was spacious, very clean and welcoming. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Five stars all around!

Great view of the lake. Perfect location to enjoy the lake, breweries/wineries, and all things Seneca Lake area has to offer. You are positioned perfectly between Geneva and Watkins Glen. The house was perfect for us and Ken and Ellen were fantastic hosts!

Everything was fabulous. The house was very clean and had everything you could ask for. Gorgeous views from the house and deck. The location was perfect as well. Situated between Watkins Glen and Geneva, there were plenty of restaurants, wineries and breweries to choose from.We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect for a short winery get-away. The location is great to all the local wineries. The all season porch was so nice! Ken was kind enough to get out the chairs for the outside deck for us without us even asking! We had a fantastic stay!

We chose this property for its location halfway down the west side of Seneca Lake. We went south one day (including Watkins Glen State Park) and north another day, and 6 miles over to Penn Yan on Keuka Lake one evening. One could also use this as a base for Keuka Lake wineries. We also picked it for number of bedrooms (we needed 4), and we took advantage of swimming in the lake--something we didn't count on, since it was September! But the air temp and water temp were about the same! Lovely!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great being right on the lake. We spent time on the covered porch, and saw some beautiful sunrises. It was also a great launching point for visiting wineries. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it.

We gad a great stay at the house. Comfortable, roomy, great lakeside living with the upper deck and lower firepit right by the water. Three-season room was perfect also on the day it rained. Hosts were great also, answered all questions promptly.

Relaxing week at Copper Beach

Our second time at Copper Beach and once again a very enjoyable stay. Home is comfortable and exactly as described. Front porch (enclosed) overlooking Seneca lake is worth the trip.

Perfect Grad Weekend Stay

We were here for graduation weekend with family. It was the perfect place to relax while enjoying all that is nearby. Great location since the house seems to be around the halfway point between Geneva and Watkins Glenn. It was very peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. Great house, and wonderful hosts. We fell in love with the area while our son attended school, so we will be back.

Cozy, Clean & Charming!

My daughter & I stayed for our annual FLX trip and loved the Campbell's cottage from the minute we walked in. Ken & Ellie were gracious and very attentive to all our needs before & during our trip. The location is perfect (middle of lake) so travel to and from was very easy and the views!! We appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail and will definitely book again!
