Great long weekend stay

This is a great place for a long weekend! Beautiful views, wonderful outdoor spaces, and comfortable indoor spaces. The owner was easy to work with and quick to reply. Would highly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights for my mom's 70th birthday and had an unforgettable time in the Finger Lakes. We picked this property for its central location and 4 bedrooms. We were out and about most of the daytime exploring the area, but enjoyed relaxing in the evenings and coffee on the porch in the mornings. Ken & Ellen are great hosts, and we owe him for saving the day by helping us with a flat tire! This house has everything you'll need for a home away from home getaway. I hope to be back sometime with my kids, they would love this place. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great location for girls get away!

What a perfect place for 4 of us- the pics do not do it justice! Very clean, gorgeous view and plenty of places to hang by the lake on the property. Ken is lovely, with great suggestions for local things to do and easily accessible. It was a great 4 days at Seneca Lake!

A little slice of heaven

We had a wonderful week. Perfect house, amazing view of lake, excellent outdoor spaces all overlooking the lake, great communication with Ken. Sun porch was a big bonus so relaxing. Loved the area lots of great restaurants. House is very well equipped with everything you can think of. Thanks for a great week!!!

Beautiful Lake front

Overall this was a great place to stay. Rearranged some beautiful decorations related to young children around during the stay, but enjoyed the beautiful view, dock access, one floor house, nice sunroom allowing for views come rain or shine. There is a great little playground 0.5 miles away which was great for kids. I enjoyed having property manager next door just in case and felt we definitely had our privacy. Had a nice week and would recommend to nice small group.

Seneca Lake Gem

Property is outstanding! Deck with small scale lifeguard chairs - ideal for eating breakfast at. Shade on the deck most of the day. Sunroom made it feel like you were still enjoying the outdoors on the rainy days. Location on the lake was perfect for watching sunrises. There is a break between breakwaters that provides for easy launching of kayaks. The living area was clean and comfortable. Would definitely look to stay again for fun on the water or close proximity visits to wineries!

We gad a great stay at the house. Comfortable, roomy, great lakeside living with the upper deck and lower firepit right by the water. Three-season room was perfect also on the day it rained. Hosts were great also, answered all questions promptly.

Absolutely beautiful. From the time we arrived Ken & Ellen made us feel welcome. The house is oerfect & has everything you need. We had a ton of fun using the grill, the fire pit, & the kayak. The sunroom was perfect for morning coffee & the dock was lovely in the evening to have a glass of wine from 1 of the many winery's. The location is terrific, as it is close to tons of things to do & places to eat. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect Grad Weekend Stay

We were here for graduation weekend with family. It was the perfect place to relax while enjoying all that is nearby. Great location since the house seems to be around the halfway point between Geneva and Watkins Glenn. It was very peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. Great house, and wonderful hosts. We fell in love with the area while our son attended school, so we will be back.

HWS graduation weekend

The property was the perfect location for HWS graduation weekend. Lots of space inside and outside (porch, upper deck, docks, hammock, fire pit). We loved the welcome basket and host was very helpful and friendly. We would rent this property again.

Cozy, Clean & Charming!

My daughter & I stayed for our annual FLX trip and loved the Campbell's cottage from the minute we walked in. Ken & Ellie were gracious and very attentive to all our needs before & during our trip. The location is perfect (middle of lake) so travel to and from was very easy and the views!! We appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail and will definitely book again!

Amazing Getaway

Our weekend away can be summed up in on word AMAZING! Ken the owner of the property was great. He was very informative, knowledgeable & there if we needed anything. The house was just as pictured. It was clean, spacious and felt like home. Plus it was right on the lake and made for some stunning sunrises and beautiful evening by the fire pit. It was also in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking and accessibility to the house and many surrounding wineries/vineyards/breweries. This was a great place to stay and we are already looking into dates so we can return next year.

So Nice We Are Going Back!

We absolutely loved our stay with all the wonderful amenities that were included. The lake view was spectacular, and the sunrise and sunsets added to our enjoyment! Ken was very welcoming and accommodate our requests. The welcome tray of goodies was such an unexpected and thoughtful and kind surprise.

Just Perfect!!

The house and location were perfect! In the mornings if we couldn't be out on the deck, we loved sitting on the sunporch. It was so peaceful. The street was so quiet and was perfect for dog walking in the mornings and evenings.

Paradise on the Lake

Four 60 and older adults relaxing by beautiful Seneca Lake. Four bedroom home with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Morning coffee on outdoor porch watching the sunrise and water fowl. You can cook your own food or Door Dash. Instacart available. Ken and Ellen are gracious, unobtrusive hosts available if needed. In the middle of wine country. What more could anyone seeking peace and quiet ask.

Relaxing week at Copper Beach

Our second time at Copper Beach and once again a very enjoyable stay. Home is comfortable and exactly as described. Front porch (enclosed) overlooking Seneca lake is worth the trip.

Ken is a retired high school teacher and part-time musician, and Ellen is retired from IBM and Microsoft, and is now a successful real estate agent. They have vacationed and then lived in this area since 1985 and love the Finger lakes. They live next door to this property and LOVE the area.

Right on the water with lawns lakeside, beach area, and large lawn area across the road as well. Everything you need is here for a great vacation. Three season porch, huge deck, large dock and beautiful sunrises will leave you counting the days until you return. Very easy access from paved road, and all the amenities you could ask for.
