Ubicación, ubicación! Una casa aislada de tres dormitorios, pero a solo seis minutos de la ciudad de Woodstock. Un raro original de Woodstock pero totalmente actualizado con un baño más un dormitorio de estudio separado (se aplica una tarifa adicional) con medio baño (inodoro de compost eléctrico). La propiedad se encuentra en la parte inferior de la montaña Ohayo en 2. 6 acres arbolados. Bañera de hidromasaje se sienta en el patio de piedra azul. Vistas parciales a la montaña. Casa totalmente renovada de 1924, nueva cocina con techos altos y varios tragaluces, sala de estar cuenta con una hermosa chimenea grande de piedra de cantera, hermosos pisos de madera de cerezo. Radiante suelo radiante en cocina y baño. Nueva cubierta de cedro en la parte posterior de la casa. El gran porche acristalado tiene luz solar. Techos con vigas aparecieron en la sección de escape del New York Times. Bellamente decorado con un toque oriental para una verdadera sensación de retiro. La sala tiene piano. Nice cozy place. We enjoyed the property which was close to Woodstock but very private. The house was clean with a full kitchen and a grill for eating in. We were lucky to have great weather and sat on the deck and enjoyed the view. The house has a fire place which would be great for cool autumn evenings and during winter. We very much enjoyed our stayed.

Woodstock Adventure

Diana’s property was the perfect spot to reconnect with old friends. We enjoyed the art, food and music of Woodstock and a side trip to Bethel to check out the Woodstock Museum. Diana’s home was a comfortable place to retreat to after our days of exploring. We would love to make it an annual event.

Quick trip to the Catskills.

The house was perfect; the hot tub was pristine, the location was remote but close enough to visit Woodstock, Kingston and Phoenicia. The communication with the owner was swift and helpful.

Disappointed weekend getaway

As a person who never writes reviews, I feel this review is necessary to inform other potential guest of our experience, and the host of improvements to make! This cottage was cute and closely resembles the listing! It was close to local attractions and right off a main road! A short ride to hunter mountain ski resort! which was the reason for our stay!The cleanliness of this cottage is the main reason for the negative review! I live in a 1850s farm house and consider myself very blue collar, but this cottage is in need of a major cleaning with general home maintenance required! We experienced excessive amounts of dust on fixtures, floors that haven’t been clean in a while, cob webs hanging in well trafficked areas, door latches lose missing hardware, laundry left in the dryer, and a leaking toilet flange that had waste water on the floor of the only bathroom. The part that was most disappointing, and the main reason for picking this location was the hot tub! Trying to overlook the cleanliness of the home, we went outside to soak after a day on the slopes and found the hot tub to be absolutely DISGUSTING! The water level was down below the jet line, lacking the smell of Chlorine, and full of mold/algae which I deemed unsafe to use! For the money spent we would have had a better, cleaner experience at a local resort. I have sent videos and pictures to Vrbo management, as Iv seen where previous comments were disregarded by host! This could be a great spot with some TLC!

Another Grear Stay

This was our fifth time staying at the cabin and as always it was perfect. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and cooked a full feast easily with the appliances and cookware found in the kitchen. We even woke up to snow a few times that week. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the fireplace each day. Beds are comfy, rooms are cozy and location is ideal. With close proximity to Woodstock, Tannersville and West Kill we were able visit some of our favorite places in the mountains. We’ll be back.

Great Cottage and Location

The cottage was very comfortable and the grounds were peaceful and private. The location was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Not worth it

The place was filthy. Kitchen tablecloth probably never washed grease on tea kettle, dirt on floor. Coffee grounds on top of machine. Junk in a lot of the drawers. Just a mess! Rustic is one thing, but this was dirty. What’s the sense in paying a cleaning fee if the place isn’t clean

Cute and comfy!

I had a great time staying here! There are so many activities to do around the property and to end our night in a hot tub was amazing each time! The only complaint we had was that there were a few dirty dishes placed in the cabinets. There is not a second bathroom, but there is an outhouse that is not able to be used. The renovated barn is cute but we did not use it. And the beds listed is not completely accurate. The listing says there are 3 queen beds, but there is 2 queen beds and 1 full sized bed. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Fantastic getaway

First, I never got to meet the owner, but I spoke to her briefly. She is incredibly kind and responsive - and that just set the tone for the rest of the trip. Her home reflects her care and hospitality, going above and beyond to assure comfort and an overall good time. The home itself is gorgeous- the pictures that are posted do not do it justice. My favorite part of any vacation is having time to sit and read - and her sitting room is the ideal place to do so. We also had our dogs with us, and this is the perfect pet friendly home and property. Thank you for everything and we already look forward to coming back!!

Great location, cozy cottage

This cottage is close to everything the area has to offer, and the owner was very responsive and friendly. The only thing that would have made it better would be a cleaner house. Many of the pots and silverware was dirty, and the house felt cluttered.

Quick ski get away

Diane was great about communication. The listing still indicated in multiple places that there was a hot tub. She did call us right away when we booked to tell us there was no longer a hot tub. I did see that a few weeks later there is still no change to the listing- so be warned. There is NO hot tub. The house is cute and was perfect for a weekend away to ski at Bellayre. Very close and easy to get to Woodstock. We would stay here again.

Darling can’t trace in the woods

Secluded while centrally located this cottage is clean, comfy and has just what you’ll need for a Woodstock getaway. Great owners!!

Owner Very Attentive

The cottage is super quant and my family had a lot of fun on our stay. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the people staying before us did not take care of the property as they should have, and the cleaning person (newly hired) did not do their job. Despite this, Diana was very responsive and reasonably tried to right all the issues we had. Thank you again to Diana for letting us stay at your property!

I looked for ten years for this perfect spot before buying. Its perfect location from town and ski slopes could not be better.Its so cozy and secluded yet six minutes from town. Wonderful Indian art work carefully designed by yours truly. Is one of the last original Woodstock cottages. And most of all, great vibes!
