This adorable ground floor condo, has a patio over looking our live fed salt water pond with fishing pier, we have great amenities such as 24 hour state of the art fitness center, glassed in heated pool with hot tub, sauna, office area in club room, BBQ grills throughout community and in pool area, and what makes it really great is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This affordable one bedroom is newly upgraded and fully furnished and equipped to make you feel like home, Wifi available in unit and at gazebo, One assigned parking spot, car wash area at back of property, boat parking available but have to register at office. Close to the new IGA Grocery store and Hardknocks Sports bar. We have great local eateries, shopping and entertainment, with the comforts of the big city only minutes away with more and of course the State Aquarium, USS Lexington attractions, shopping and much more. Port Aransas is a short drive as well with deep sea fishing charters, restaurants on the water, fun little town. We do offer beach towels and Beach buggy rentals are available nearby.... So come Relax and put your toes in the sand, soak up the sun and take home some great memories to talk about for years.

We picked this property due to it being close to the beach. It was very cute and clean. The grounds were very clean as well. We used the pool once and it was a very nice area. The property owner is very sweet amd takes amazing care of her condo. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we go back to the coast.

Always a great stay!

We have stayed at this condo many times and it’s always great. We did have an incident where someone parked in our assigned spot and Peggy answered my questions with n what to do quickly and the person moved their vehicle quickly. The room overlooks the pond which is always fun getting to watch fish jump. This rental is perfect for a family of four. We will be back!

Padre Island getaway

The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wish it was right on the beach, but the one block walk to the beach was fine. The pool was clean, but needs more umbrellas for shade from the hot Texas sun.

Super Clean and Well Appointed 1 BR Near Whitecap Beach

Very nice end unit on lower floor. Very well appointed, and clean. This was our 3rd VRBO rental in the Beach Club complex and by far our favorite. Owner/hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. All lower units will come with a little noise from the floor above, but this one more than makes up for it with its unique location looking out over a large greenbelt area with nothing between you and the sand dunes. Overall very nice property that we will add to our favorites list!

Exactly as advertised!

We had a great time staying at the condo! It was extremely clean (hard to do at the beach) and was beyond well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies. The beach was literally at the end of the street and it was so nice to be able to walk and not use our car in the sand. Highly recommend!

We fell in love with North Padre while visiting the island in 2014. We purchased our first property that year and recently remodeled “Just Beachy” in 2017. We just love the beach, fishing and exploring. This has become a hidden gem for us and we have created everlasting memories. We recently took over bookings/managing of this property and are excited to share the amazing amenities Beach Club has to offer. We live in Colorado, but visit as much as we can.

Why they chose this property

This condo (Building #3) is located in a very quiet section of the Beach Club and overlooks the saltwater pond. This is also the closest building in the complex to the ocean waters. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sunsets overlooking the salt water pond.
