We are so glad you loved Kiss the Clouds. We are honored you feel our cabin is the best you have rented. We loved the pool at the Preserve as well. The pool at the Preserve Resort is one of the reasons we chose to purchase our vacation home in the Preserves. The reason we loved it is the view. However, in recent years the trees have grown up so you can't see the view. They have taken out the hot tub and it is really very difficult to get into the pool because no one is around to give you the code. In addition, they end the season really very early in September even if the temperatures are still in the 90s. So, we belong to Honeysuckle pool which is about 3 miles away. There is an awesome view. It has a baby pool. And, it opens earlier in the year and stays open longer in September. There is also a fishing pond you can utilize and you don't need a fishing license to fish there. This change in pools is noted on our website. You should have also gotten information in your welcome email about it. So sorry you didn't realize we belong to a different pool.
