静かな小区画にある家の上の2階のプライベートアパートメントをお楽しみください。 所有者は階下のメインハウスに住んでいます。 家の裏側に別の入り口があり、屋外の階段を上って大きなデッキになっています。 フレンチドアがリビングルームエリアに入ります。 ウォークインクローゼットとクイーンベッドを備えた大きなベッドルームがあります（NEW 2019）。 シャワー付きのフルバスルームには、ベッドルームとリビングルームからアクセスできます。 リビングルームには、小さな冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースターオーブン、コーヒーポットを備えたキッチンエリアがあります。 ストーブはありませんが、レストランが密集したデューイビーチから2ブロックです。

特別な許可を必要とせずに車を駐車できる大きな私道があります。
ビーチまでは3ブロック、レホボトベイまでは1ブロックです。
高速インターネットとテレビがあります。

Great place in a quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to the beach and all the great places Dewey has to offer. I enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings!

Super cute apartment

This place is so cute! We loved our stay....the only thing that would make it better is a kitchen, but we made do. We had a great time and were very comfortable here. Elizabeth was very thorough and prompt with all questions.

Quiet Getaway

Liz is a lovely host, and the upstairs apartment is larger than we expected. As others have noted doing the dishes in the bathroom sink is a bit tricky, but we managed. We would definitely go back again!

Great spot!

This was a perfect property just off Route 1 with easy walking access to the beach and downtown Dewey Beach. It was a quick ride to Rehoboth as well. Very easy for a single traveller with all that I could ask for. The hosts were very available although there were no issues. Definitely will keep in mind for future visits!

Lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s sunny, spacious and attractive place. It is lovely, with a great view, and is walking distance from the beach in Dewey, and nearby Rehoboth Beach. We have visited before, and look forward to visiting in the future. Big thanks to Elizabeth!!

Perfect home away from home, at the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. It is a lovely, sunny, private space with a great view, in a quiet neighborhood very close to the ocean. It is beautifully furnished . The large living room and bedroom gave us plenty of room. Host Elizabeth sent us a note with the all the information we needed . The location was ideal for us. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Elizabeth is a gracious host!

Great Place

It was like staying at your Cool Aunt's house! Comfortable and inviting! The no kitchen thing could be a bummer but, YOU'RE at the BEACH! Why are you cooking anyway!? Everything was great! The deck is great, the walk to the inlet is great, the walk to the beach is easy! Shops and restaurants are nearby!! Gotta love the ICECREAM place!! Great Visit to Dewey!!

Great getaway spot in quiet neighborhood close to the beach

This is a really relaxing place with the kind of furnishings and vibe that remind me of how so many Dewey and Rehoboth rentals used to be, before the rise of the 3,000-sq.ft. places. And this is really spacious and has a large deck with partial bay views. Very comfortable bed. Quiet (yes, some music from Northbeach some nights if you're on the deck, but that's part of the experience!), yet an easy walk a few blocks to the beach or places like the Starboard. I will say that upon entering we could detect a mildly musty smell, but even though I'm pretty sensitive to that, it wasn't a distraction and also dissipated during our stay. I really hope the owners keep this on the short-term rental market for a long time. There are so few places like it remaining.

Lovely Dewey Beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (again!). The space is very attractive, with a gorgeous open view. It is in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to Dewey beach, and a pleasant walk to Rehoboth, as well. Our host makes us feel welcome with her correspondance, while giving us the wonderful feeling that it is our home while we are there.

Lovely, Quiet Location

This weekend was exactly what we needed! Everything was in walking distance- coffee, yummy food, beer and the beach. If we had brought our kayaks, we could have walked them to the boat launch as the bay is just a few paces from the house. The house is spacious and comfortable for 2. We didn't miss having a full kitchen for such a short stay and appreciated the toaster oven and coffee pot (BYO ground coffee). The only bummer was that there was no kitchen sink so all dishes had to be washed in the bathroom. The location is really perfect for anyone who doesn't want to be sleeping in the middle of the beach scene but still wants access to it. We walked to the Board Walk which was about 1.5 miles from the house, mostly beach walking and some walking on the side of the road. Would have been quicker with bikes! In the evening when we wanted to return to the center for dinner, we easily found parking at the Convention Center. Parking is free before Memorial Day. We also visited Cape Henlopen State Park. Beautiful! If you arrive when the Seaside Nature Center opens (10AM) you can borrow one of their bikes for a donation and take a beautiful 3 mile ride around the park. Also, there are stunning beaches. We heard that they usually close by 11AM during the summer as they reach capacity. So, once again, we were thankful to be visiting off-season. This was a lovely rental in a great location! Thank you!

Wonderful weekend getaway in a quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I really like Elizabeth's private access, upstairs "chalet" with rooftop deck, in the quiet neighborhood of Dewey a couple blocks from Coastal Highway. It's hard to imagine how quiet and serene the neighborhood is. The digs are spacious and elegant, but also very comfy. Very special!
