Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath first floor condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This end unit condo offers easy access to community pool via back screened-in-porch (with ceiling fan and table/chairs) and adjoining patio.

Comfortably sleeps 6 with king main and queen beds other 2 bedrooms. Roll-away cot provided for an additional person. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom (with handicap assist rail), walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and 50-inch flat screen TV. Large second bedroom (15 x 12) with ceiling fan, flat screen TV, large closet and dresser. Third bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. Second and Third bedrooms share a full bathroom (tub/shower).

Upgraded Kitchen has granite countertops and provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 (and can be expanded for more) while breakfast bar seats another 2 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for four for dining outside.

The property is gold! Great location, plenty to do close by, and the hosts were so kind. The property is clean, and convenient in every way. It was great for our family, from pool to sleeping accommodations. Would stay again anytime.

This spot is clean, quiet and very convenient to a lot of local spots. It was a comfortable place to stay and perfect for our family! Parking is simple and check in was smooth. A small note - the complex pool was unfortunately closed during our stay. This was out of the owner’s control, but still was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose this location.

Great property, great location

Great spacious condo!
