DUE BLOCCHI PER STRADA DI BEALE ... dice tutto. POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE. Si ottiene quello che si paga. Ho visto altri confondersi sulla loro posizione, ma sono molto orgoglioso di darti questo indirizzo. Non prendere nemmeno in considerazione un posto a più di pochi isolati da Beale, fidati di me, non ne vale la pena perché pochi isolati fanno una GRANDE differenza nel centro di Memphis. Questo posto è anche a 2 isolati dal fiume Mississippi.

Questa casa a schiera si trova sulla MAIN STREET proprio in Vance Avenue (mappala) ea soli 2 isolati da Beale. Il carrello va proprio di fronte a questo posto così come le carrozze trainate da cavalli. Questa nuova e lussuosa residenza di 2800 mq ha un'atmosfera colorata e divertente. Dispone di 5 camere da letto, una è un passaggio. Questo posto ha un vialetto recintato che conduce al garage per 2 auto. Possiedo queste tre case a schiera di fila se hai un gruppo molto numeroso.

Adorerai anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani di alta qualità. NON vorrai andartene.

We loved it here and recommend it especially for families. We stayed with 5 kids and everyone had a great time. We rented e-bikes on the next block over and we walked to the riverfront.

Great location

Great location! Walkable to Beale st and other attractions! We were here for St Jude Marathon weekend and this property was super close to the start/finish lines. Host was also very quick to respond when we had a question!

Staff Retreat

We rented this for a staff retreat and it was exactly what we needed. The location was very convenient for walking everywhere (downtown, riverfront, Beale Street). You do not need a car to get around. However, it is very loud, especially at night, on the street. From inside the house you can hear everything going on outside. The host was responsive to several maintenance things that we brought to their attention.

Location to Beale is great. Had we know how horrible South Main Street was, we would have chosen a different location and forgotten South Main. Good luck on the sale of the property . Thanks for the ease of corresponding with you.

Location was great. Close to many attractions.

We were looking for something close to Beale street and this fit the bill. Walking distance to many restaurants. The only real issue we faced was the weekend night noise outside well into the late night (til about 4am). Otherwise fine!

Went to memphis with friends and family to watch our son play a high-school basketball game at memphis stadium. Chose this very nice, clean, and well kept home for our stay. Very happy with it. Will definitely rent this place again when we go back during the WARMER times...lol

Great place for a younger crowd

This townhouse was a great property and centrally located - almost everything in downtown Memphis is in walking distance to the place. We felt very safe and secure. However this is not an accessible stay as all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Additionally there are many bars and clubs nearby. Expect a lot of noise on the weekends late into the morning.

Property was as described. Common room is a bit small for a large group but manageable. Great location near Beale and FedEx for games. Main St is hit or miss as many storefronts are abandoned but there are great spots scattered throughout. Street noise was a major issue on Saturday night though that’s not the owners fault.

Amazing home

My overall stay was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. A few minor things to fix but overall nice home Few things: Probably need a new washer machine. The current one doesn’t spin out well at all. Clothes were supper soaked and tend to leave a sour smell (most blankets and towels were like this). The mosquitos in the front are atrocious. I would recommend getting some pest treatments or something to cut down the amount of mosquitoes that are present!!

Location, Location, Location

You can't get a better location for Memphis sightseeing. The townhouse was on the same block as several historical buildings, right between famous Beale St and the Civil Rights museum and walking distance to so many places of interest. With Location you also have the sounds of the city like the fire trucks from the station down the block and an occasional unruly group walking down the street. It does have a lot of stairs, including all the bedrooms being on the second and third floor. The beds were firm so if you prefer a soft bed, that could be an issue. There was plenty of comfy seating for our party of 6. The building is old but had several updates; it is very colorful as shown in the pictures. Internet connectivity was sufficient, but the tv did have limited channels. All in all, I would stay here again.

Memphis Getaway with Friends

Location...Location...Location. Felt safe walking around the neighborhood and plenty of good restaurants and historic attractions nearby. Just nice not having to get into the car to see something. Folks could come and go as they please. Plenty of room for 5. I received a thumbs up from my buddies for picking this place. You're in downtown so don't expect a quiet suburban street. Part of the charm. Our thanks to the host!

Beil St. BBQ and Graceland

Cool retro type building. Would work well for larger groups. Lots of stairs not well lit. to 3rd level. Kitchen adequate minus pans. Trolley right by front door. Nice bar/burger place across the street and breakfast place on corner.

Great location

Perfect location. Gorgeous stained glass windows. Quick replies. Some elements were shared that were not as clean as we had expected, and they offered to fix while we were there, but we declined for various reasons, one being it was just plain inconvenient. We were immediately told we should've told them upon arrival so, as they said, we could've found a different place and just gotten refunded. The bigger issue that arose from letting them know about some things like missing tp holder, dirty rugs, drawers, floors, and microwave, etc, was the way it was handled. At first, communicating was respectful and apologetic, but it took a turn. After sending photos as requested, it was downplayed we were complaining about nothing and was recommended that we just check out early and get a refund for days we didn't stay. I had my mom and daughter with me, so we didn't, to avoid the inconvenience of finding another place to stay for the remainder of our family trip. He assured me there were several open places we could go and asked us to check out again, as this didn't seem like the right fit for us.

I was born and raised in Memphis and love this city. Downtown is the safest part of Memphis and is lots of fun. There is always something going on and it's full of energy, especially Beale Street.

These three townhouses in a row are THE TOP properties in downtown Memphis. When they went up for sale, I had to have them. If you like staying at THE BEST PLACE in Memphis, you will love this place and it's location.

Can you say 2 blocks to BEALE? Closer than any other property I've seen for rent on any site. Some people lie about how close they are, but this one is VERY close. I will give you the address so you can look it up yourself. I'm very proud of these places and love sharing them with guests.
