About this property

Your Home Base for the Little Red River, Trout Fishing & Greers Ferry Lake

Holder Hideaway located adjacent to Swinging Bridge Access to the Little Red River in Heber Springs, Arkansas continues to offer travelers top notch location and amenities at "bargain-buy" prices! Our two-story cabin provides guests three bedrooms and two full bathrooms capable of comfortably sleeping 8-10 people. Located just steps away from the famous Little Red River, guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the outdoor patio while recapping your previous day's catch of trout! Looking to roast some hot dogs and s'mores? Try out our fire pit in the side yard! You can also easily access all the fishing, swimming and boating fun of the 40,000+ acre Greers' Ferry Lake at the Dam Site Recreation Site which is only a short 3.5 mile drive away. The lake also has several other public boat ramps and a marina.

The outside of Holder Hideaway is cedar siding with a red metal roof. There is one car parking pad with extra parking spaces in the garage. If you plan on bringing a boat and trailer, we have a long 2-vehicle parking pad to the side of the house. If there are other vehicles, be sure to park them at the public parking access across Swinging Bridge Drive from the ColdWater Grill (maps and pictures can be provided by request).

Holder Hideaway's downstairs offers a living room, kitchen with long bar, dining area, master bedroom and a full bath with spa tub. Washer and dryer are also located on the first floor. Venture upstairs to an open loft with TV and game table. Also upstairs are two more bedrooms, one having a Queen and Bunk Beds, and a full bath with spa tub.

Bathrooms and kitchen are newly remodeled and all bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses!

Whether you are visiting to swim, trout fish, boat or explore, Holder Hideaway is YOUR front door to beautiful Heber Springs, Arkansas!

I actually enjoyed the property and the fact that it had everything. I loved the old items in the home that took me back 20 years. It was close to everything and quiet. There is no doubt that we will go back and no doubt that this property will be our first choice.

Friends and Family yearly vacation

We enjoyed this stay so much! It is close to the Dam Site Marina and Collin’s Creek. We rent a pontoon at the marina every summer for a few days, and we loved staying at the Holder Hideaway after coming in from a day at the lake.
