Simply furnished and close to beach access. A well equipped kitchen and location across the street from the beach was nice.

Relaxing Getaway

Great private rental. Easy access to beach, and shops. Enjoyed great food. Rented bikes to tour the entire property. Very relaxing.

Beach Wood

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and clean property. Would recommend adding ceiling fans and bed mattresses are very very firm but that’s obviously a personal preference.

Only thing was the hot water in the showers...not very warm at all. Otherwise, perfect!

Review of Beachwood condo

Condo was clean and met our needs. The kitchen and bathrooms were somewhat dated but the rest of the condo was fine. Walk to the beach was quick and easy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nicely updated, great location

This unit was nicely decorated, very clean, and evidently recently updated. Overall, great stay. Very spacious unit in the Beach Wood Complex. Easy ground level (no stairs or waiting on elevator!). Close to the pool and walkable to the beach. Also walkable to the shops on the plantation. Would definitely recommend to others!

Thank you for the nice review! The Beach Wood complex really is a great place to stay. It is very close to the beach (just across the parking lot) but surrounded by lovely trees and nature. Comfortable and clean

Great property close to pool and beach for family with kids plus dog friendly. 1st floor and maybe because it was end of March but lots of bugs making it tough to sit outside; can’t blame the property for that.

Excellent property, great location

This was our first time at Fernandina Beach, and I am so glad I booked this property! It is located inside a gated community surrounding the Omni hotel. <5 minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet and safe. We enjoyed walking on the beach and around the resort property which also offers a golf course, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean, stylish amd well-stocked. We’ll come back!

Easy to rent. Beautiful resort. Wish there was a place near the apartment or beach to rinse off sand. Had to go behind the apartment and down to the pool where there was an outdoor shower to rinse off. Didn’t want to track sand into the apartment.

Perfect beach getaway

I can't say enough nice things about this property. We loved the shady, gorgeous tree lined property of the condo and how so much natural beauty had been reserved around the resort. The pool was perfect and we were often the only family swimming. It was only a short walk to the beautiful beach, so we stayed busy between the ocean and the pool. The condo itself was well maintained, cutely decorated and the master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and we had all we needed to cook for ourselves. We kept saying we were ready to move in! Side note: we were nervous to travel during the pandemic but felt this was the perfect place to go to continue social distancing. Everywhere we went, we could keep a safe distance from others and there were great local takeout options. They advertised a sound sanitation policy and reserved at least 18-24 hours between guest check-ins. Highly recommend for a pandemic getaway!

Beachwood Vacation

First day in the Beachwood condominiums was very pleasant. The condo was clean and it was a fairly easy walk to the beach. Check in and check out processes were very easy.
