We are located at the heart of all the best that Baja Sur has to offer. Limitless adventures await in the surrounding area while you stay at this quiet and peaceful sanctuary. This entire rental estate includes 2 houses, with a total of 3 private suites. The first house has 2 bedrooms on the upstairs floor with a large living room which includes a pull-out couch, washroom and full kitchen. The ground level is a completely private studio with it's own washroom & kitchen as well. This house has a private upper balcony great for watching the sunset and lower garden/patio area with an outdoor shower. The other house has two bedrooms (each with their own ensuite bathroom) and a 3rd semi-private bed away from the living space, and a full kitchen. This house also has an outdoor shower and seating area. These two houses combined host up to a total of 14 people, with 5 full bedrooms and 2 extra beds.
The ocean is steps in front of the house with a private beach that is part of our property. Enjoy the picturesque waves. Drop a fishing line in from shore or eat baja fish tacos in the nearest town of Pescadero. Grab your board and surf, or rent one from just down the beach! Have a picnic, watch the ocean life jumping and play in the water in front of you. After sunset, enjoy the bright moon and starry sky. There are ATV rentals, horseback riding and hiking all within a 5 km / 3 mile radius. We are conveniently located 15 minutes away from the charming artisan town of Todos Santos and 45 minutes away to Cabo’s night-life.

Beachfront getaway

We booked this place for 3 families and had plenty of room to spread out and make meals. We loved being able to surf and boogie board from the property. It was quiet and a great place to watch the sunset or walk along the beach to Cerritos. Fred and his friendly neighbour gave us many recommendations on places to eat and explore.in the area.

Wonderful beach accomadation

7 friends met up to stay at 2 different accommodations on the property which is located right at the beach. Beach fires, and long deserted beach and spectacular waves, sunsets and whales breaching. Our hosts were great too, good communications and spent time with their friendly dogs. Highly recommend this place to enjoy the beach and time with friends

Framily vacation

We spent 5 nights, 3 families with 14 people at Fred’s amazing get away. Fred was so communicative before and during the stay. It was lovely to spread out into the three casitas and have comfort and space. We had everything we needed. I had asked Fred about some specifics before coming. He got back to me immediately.We had a great stay!

Feels like you have a private beach!

We just finished a 9 day trip with 13 of us staying at Fred's place. The location is insane with swimming and surfing directly out front and no one else in the water. The beach is also perfect for evening bonfires! It's a 20min walk to the main Cerritos beach and a short drive into Todos Santos. Fred also hooked us up with Tyler who is an amazing chef and all around amazing guide for the Baja region. He told us about some great secluded beaches and surf spots, took the kids fishing and even made a trip video for us. All in all a great experience!

Paradise in Cerritos

Spent my bachelor party here with 9 friends. Frank was super accommodating and the place was perfect. We set up a volleyball net out front, had bonfires every night, and went to Cerritos to surf everyday. 10/10 would do it again. Also the place was super spacious for all ten of us. It was really nice having the three different "houses" where we could bel loud in one and others could relax in another. thanks Fred!

I am a retired Canadian living the dream on a beach I've been coming to for over 20 years. Originally from east coast, I moved west in late 70s. I've traveled to over 60 countries and have been riding motorcycles all my life. More into off-road in Baja, I still love a good road trip. I've owned an RV for over 20 years now and that's how I found Los Cerritos in the late 80s. I love the sunshine and the great climate we have at Los Cerritos, year round. With the Sierra Laguna mountains behind me and the Pacific ocean in front of me, I realize it's a slice of paradise. Watching whales November thru March from my deck is amazing, and the stars at night are heavenly.

This is my slice of paradise. I've turned this dream into a reality in the last 5 years. Heavenly skies, tranquil location, ocean in front and mountains behind. People are very friendly in this area, and if you simply want to kick back and enjoy the tranquility, you've found the best option right here. Safe & secure, free from noise and hustle-bustle, this is a gorgeous getaway vacation home. Make some memories in your very own slice of paradise. There is a convenience store across the road and a delicious locally owned restaurant next door from it that prepares authentic cuisine.

What makes this property unique

This property was built with the planet in mind and is entirely off-the-grid. All power is solar and all fresh water is trucked in, which makes it a unique and valuable experience without giving up many of the luxuries of a resort.
Our property features hot water on-demand, private beach access, & high-speed internet. For any further questions please ask myself or my housekeeper and we'll be happy to help.
As well, since I am familiar with the surrounding area and businesses I will be more than happy to help suggest or arrange guided tours and other activities based on availability and the season.
