AWESOME CONDO AT THE PLANTATION GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB

This 1355 sqft. ground floor end unit condo features a spacious living area incorporating a dining area, a den with an additional pull-out-sofa and a florida room with sliding doors to the patio. In the livingroom and in the master bedroom are a 50" flat screen-TV, a couch and two loveseats. A smaller TV is in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances including microwave, airfryer, matching dinner- and glasware. All other household aids are on site.
The master suite features a large bedroom with a king-size-bed and dressing area, a vanity with sink, a "comfort high" toilet and walk-in-closet. All linens and towels are provided.
The guest-bedroom has a queen-size bed and sliding doors to private patio.
Separate laundry room off of lanai has washer and dryer for your privacy. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler in the storage room.
Covered parking and guest parking in front of the condo.
Farmington Vistas has his own social network and is one of the most sought after communities in Venice. You can use the heated swimmingpool which is close to the condo, the library and the clubhouse with BBQ. Another BBQ just off the condo. There are weekly socials during the season and other activities including: bridge, poker, mahjong, watergym. etc. Numerous reasonable priced public golfcourses are nearby.
Venice is a very popular place which offers an abundance of amenities, very short commutes to some of Floridas highest ranked beaches in the USA. Shopping, countless restaurants, medical facilities including the Venice hopital and many activities are just minutes away.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely return should we be in the Venice area. Eva and Otmar were very responsive and kind, and directions for check-in were easy to follow. We found everything we needed for our stay at the condo. The beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space. There are lots of good restaurants and fun things to do in the area. The pool for the condo was also very nice, and we loved taking morning walks around the neighborhood.

Excellent place to stay

This was our first time using VRBO and we couldn't have selected a nicer place or a better owner. He and his spouse went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The condo was filled with lots of extra's and we totally enjoyed our stay there. We would certainly stay there again.

Great condo; great vacation!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in the condo at the Plantation. It is centrally located to most cities and events on the Gulf side of Florida. The Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all needed amenities. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and well furnished. We would definitely stay in the condo again!

Peaceful and pleasant

We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed. And when the Wi-Fi didn't work someone came in a few minutes. It just needed turned off and on... Duh! Dennis fixed it and also told us places to eat and shop. We barbecued but it was cold so we didn't use the pool. Local beaches were lovely. If you like bird watching be sure to go to the Venice Audubon Rookery! Take a lunch or go at dusk to see the bats. Our brother-in-law stayed with us. His house in Englewood was flooded twice and we were there to help him get it on the market. The condo was perfect with two big bedrooms and bathrooms. Two Sand Hill cranes came every morning standing outside looking for a handout. Our accomodations made a bad situation very nice and we appreciated our stay

Great Location

The property manager lives in the community as is minutes away. Always very helpful. Promptly took care of some minor issues. Would stay her again anytime !!!! Great owner too.

Fully equipped clean and large condo-lots of space and roomy. Quiet and so close to Gulf beaches and downtown Venice.

Nice but old

The place was noticeably old from first sight. There was green algae on the carport. I noticed the storage door was wooden and coming apart. The inside of the unit was very clean but a bit cluttered. This made the kitchen in particular very tight. Speaking of which you couldn't open the freezer door wide enough to empty the ice box. The pool was nice but unfortunately it was a little too cold to spend much time there. There were no sidewalks in the immediate area so when you walk to the pool it's either in the grass or on the road. The road isn't very wide there either.

A great development

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this development and the unit was immaculately clean and well kept. Very quiet, peaceful and lovely complex with a great pool. The unit is plenty big enough for 4 adults as it is spread out so well. We really did not want to come home, we could definitely live there for the rest of our lives! Otmar was very easy to work with, check in was easy and everything was great. The unit had every thing you could possibly need, tons of towels, bedding, kitchen ware, cook ware, even had extra batteries for the remotes if needed! We are going to book this unit again next spring/summer, hopefully for an entire month or two. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your unit, it was fantastic!

Fantastic Condo

This condo was the perfect rental for our Florida vacation. Super clean and very roomy. Had everything we needed and the location was a beautiful setting. Very close to shopping and minutes from the beach. The owners are very nice and expressed their wish for us to have a great time and contact them if we needed to. I have given several friends and family a recommendation to rent this property when in Florida. The price is well worth it and we are very happy to have stayed there.

Peaceful Break

Our stay at Otmar and Eve's property was really nice and relaxing. The place is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to a pool. The apartment is clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends and family and would definitely book again for any future trips to the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Otmar's condo. The condo is conveniently located, well maintained, clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed. Our daughter enjoyed the pool. I would definitely recommend staying here
