About this property

Spend July on the Old Mission Peninsula

Beautiful, private home perched high up on a hill in a beautiful subdivision with huge lots, located 7 miles up Old Mission Peninsula. We are close to wineries, Buchans u-pick blueberries, the Jolly Pumpkin, The Boathouse, and Haserot Beach. Private backyard with hot tub, picnic table, tree house, Weber grill, and lounge chairs. Overlooking a park with a playground and volleyball court. Catch a peek of West Bay from our backyard and from the upstairs playroom, and beautiful valley views all the way around. Main floor master with full bath, finished walk-out with a full bath and pullout queen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a crib and the other with bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top). Full bath and playroom upstairs as well. Granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless appliances. Our home is so comfortable and there is so much to do on the Peninsula, you may never venture into TC!
