Despite being close to the action, this home is far enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of local wildlife, including jackrabbits, geckos, and coyotes.

This 2,600-square-foot home sits on 1/2 an acre, offering ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Inside, you’ll find high-quality furnishings, premium appliances, and pillow-top beds for ultimate comfort. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances—including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, trash compactor, and wine fridge—as well as everything you need to prepare meals, from a blender and wok to spices. The kitchen bar seats five, and the adjacent great room offers a dining table that seats six, along with two comfortable couches. Relax with a show on the 58” SMART TV with Dish Network or use the free WiFi to stream your favorites on Netflix or Hulu.

Pool, Hot Tub & Safety Features
• The pool is closed from November–February; heated in March and October if temperatures are 50°F or higher.
• No jacuzzi—the pool and jacuzzi form function as one unit as a swimming pool, but a freestanding hot tub is available year-round.
• Automatic pool safety cover requires a code to open and close. The cover must remain closed at all times when the pool is unattended for safety reasons.
• Pool toys and backyard games like cornhole are available for fun.


Garage and Parking:
• Vehicle, boat and boat trailer parking is available on the property, but RV parking is not permitted on-site or on the street.


Important Notes:
• All guests, visitors, and vendors must be registered and approved and listed on rental agreement.
• For small special events, a sister property, Nizhoni Home, next door can be rented in conjunction.
• We love families and small special events, but we do not allow large parties. Approval is required for groups larger than 12 guests, or additional fees may apply.

- Absolutely no smoking - $250 fee for any residual smoke scent.
- No pets, no exceptions - $500 fee for any unauthorized pets.
- We welcome service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Guests are not required to pay a pet fee or deposit for a service animal. However, guests remain responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or extraordinary cleaning that may be required due to the presence of a service animal. If additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover is needed (e.g., pet hair removal from furniture, odors, or accidents), the actual cost of that cleaning will be charged to the guest.

- RV parking is strictly prohibited on-site or on the street. No street parking is allowed.

Hozho Home is situated in the unincorporated residential area of Greenehaven with a population of approximately 400. It is 9 miles north of Page and only one mile from the Utah border. The locals love the dark sky which highlights fabulous star-gazing and the quiet serenity that abounds. There is a convenience store/gas station at the entrance to the neighborhood.

The city of Page, population approximately 8,000, is just a few miles south of Greenehaven and is where you will find shopping, arts, restaurants and recreational equipment rentals.

There is limited public transportation available. The Express Public Transit has a pick up at the Lake Powell Mart Corner Cafe at the entrance to the neighborhood, Monday-Friday between 8:00a-6:00p. One way fare is $3.00. Express routes are in Page and the surrounding areas including Navajo Reservation stops.
