We had a great time, home was very clean and the host was very prompt when asked a question like what to eat for dinner. Great restaurant pick and the fishing was great we caught lots of different kinds and it was relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay, the location to Shelbyville was great as we came for a festival. The location is nice and quit got to see the baby geese every morning which was a bonus! Everything was nice and clean when we arrived, and everything looked like it did in pictures. Host where very nice, ready to assist you in whatever you need.

Very nice and relaxing place for my family

We had a wonderful time, wonderful meals and a comfortable stay. Everything was as described plus some. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The parking was excellent there was plenty of room for my truck. A lot of times we pull a trailer, and we would have had plenty of room for that. The house was very clean and the host was very prompt and helpful when replying to my messages! I will definitely add this to my favorites list!

"Our second stay at The Lodge was just as wonderful as the first! This place has truly become our go-to retreat. The atmosphere is beautiful and serene, and the property is always impeccably clean. The owners' communication is outstanding, making the experience even more seamless. We can't wait to return for another relaxing stay!"

First time to Shelbyville for me not for my boyfriend. He used to come when he was little. The place was everything and more. Cute, quiet, clean! Host was very nice even though I never met her face to face! I hope nobody finds this place so the prices don’t increase and I can book again! 💜

Great little place in the country, but only 10 minutes from the dam access and downtown without the rowdy crowd. Nice and quiet, good parking for your boat and privacy.

Very Pleasant hosts . Property was great , fishing was awesome and super close to the beach for the kiddos . The host (Vicky) even offered to let us come to her personal house during a storm . Much much appreciated will definitely recommend to others and plan on staying again in future !!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Had a girls weekend with my daughters and this was a perfect space! Clean, comfortable and well supplied. Close to Lake Shelbyville for water fun with lots of other activities nearby to keep us occupied. Wish we would have brought our fishing poles for the pond!

Another Great Stay

Clean, comfortable, and private. This is the second cabin we have stayed in managed by Vicky and we couldn`t have had a better stay. We'll be back in the spring and multiple times for next years boating season.

Fabulous thanks & We’ll Be Back!

I appreciate that the photos represent the homes where we stayed (one is Little House and the other is the double wide trailer). For a family reunion in Pana it was a perfect place to stay. The only thing is that we never had time to go fishing. There are two ponds in this lovely verdant place. The decks are great place to hang out as well. So this is why we must come back! The hosts made everything easy for us and that always makes for a trip wonderful. Definitely will come back. Thanks again!

Great quiet weekend away

My husband and I were looking for a place that was quiet, close to fishing, allowed us to grill and just have a weekend without many distractions. That is exactly what we got. We slept in, fished at the pond right outside our door, grilled our dinners and relaxed. Perfect recharge weekend.

Great getaway.

Everything and more than expected. Location is great, fire putt was great, and ponds were full of fish. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
