Walk 2-min to the beach. Swim in the heated pool in a screened pool house. Gather and relax in the covered lanai with picnic table & 7-burner propane gas grill.

Big living room. High speed WiFi throughout. Free on-site laundry. All bedrooms have TVs w/Netflix, Hulu and tons of other channels. A very popular restaurant is nearby called "The Sandbar" with world-famous fish tacos. The "Surfin Turtle" ice cream shop is just two doors down the street (yum!). Relax at this beach house - make family memories. Recharge your life here!

This is a ground-floor unit in a duplex. The other duplex unit is a 2nd floor apt. w/separate private entrance. The upstairs tenant is long-term, quiet and away a lot.

The best of both worlds: located a few minutes walk from the ocean, at the edge of a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, fish taco sports bar, ice cream shop and more!

Relaxing getaway for big family group

A larger group of my extended family stayed at this beach house to catch up and enjoy the beach. The location is the best thing about the house. It's across the road from beach access. It is also a short walk to a sports bar. The heated pool is nice. Nicely furnished. Comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property

This was an excellent property! It was just as it was presented on VRBO. My sister and our family were all there and it did not feel crowded at all. Walk to the beach with the kids every day was quick! I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great beach house for family

What a fantastic find. This house was clean, bright and spacious. Lots of TV's, a warm heated pool. Mellow lights out on the pool lanai mad it the place to hang out day or night. The kids swam in the pool nonstop! We will definitely come back again.

Very Nice House

Very nice house with plenty of bed space for a big family staying for a few days. We didn't get the opportunity to try the pool (weather/too busy), but the house perfectly met our needs, being within a reasonable drive of both FIT and Kennedy Space Center.

Super beach house for family

This place is a great find. Looks like a Pottery Barn catalog. Very clean. Lots of attention to details. Nice heated pool and a really really short walk to the beach. I'll definitely come again with my family.

Relaxing beach retreat

This house is literally across the road from the beach. It is very very close to the ocean. My family and I really enjoyed it. Not only was the location wonderful, but it was relaxing and accommodating to sit by the pool where there are chairs, a couch, and a nice picnic table with a big gas grill. No complaints at all. We will probably come again!

Richard was great to work with. He was easily available for questions, flexible, and welcoming. The house was great for the ten of us staying there. It was close to the beach and the pool area was a wonderful place to relax in the afternoon. The only negative would be that the wifi didn't reach in the back master bedroom, but a minor point for a rather wonderful house to spend a week at.

The only thing that I did not like was that people living upstair had to come thru where we were in the pool and the didn't have masks. There were making lot of noise on the floor the night be fore we left, other than that was okay.

Quiet beach retreat

This house unit is the ground floor of a duplex. The owner lives upstairs, but is nowhere to be seen. Very quiet. The whole pool and lanai and propane grill was left to ourselves. It almost like having your own home by the ocean. It's a bargain. We had ten people stay and it was quite comfortable. There's plenty of room. It was very clean and tidy. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great place to stay - very well stocked with anything you need. The pool was nice - beach was close although you can't see the ocean unless you are on the second story which was rented out when we were there. And I guess I didn't realize there was an upstairs apartment so if you want it to be your family only, check on that but it was an enjoyable stay.

Sue, I am glad you had a pleasant stay. For full privacy, you can reserve the entire property (I have named "The Sand Castle," as it is a relatively big property [5 bedrooms] near the beach). I agree there is some activity that can be heard here and there. The benefit is being so close to conveniences like the Little Dos Mexican restaurant -- so inexpensive and decorated so fun; 1/2 surfboards and 1/2 rock-n-roll memorabilia. And a three minute walk to the ice cream shop... you couldn't be closer to such a wonderful temptation! :) I do hope you had a nice time all things considered. The pool is now heated. Nice for the price

Although this is an older property, it has been nicely renovated with a modern kitchen and three large bedrooms, with convenient beach access across the street . The pool area is nice, although shared with the upstairs unit. The only minor negatives were the immediate proximity to a restaurant that had occasional delivery trucks and the fact that noise could be heard from the upstairs unit when children were running. However, all in all we found this to be an enjoyable rental.

Family reunion

Location was excellent as my son and family live on same street. Pool was heated as advertised. Richard responded quickly to questions and sent handyman promptly for repairs.( front door lock ,bathroom towel rack) unfortunately the master bathroom shower was broken during our stay and we could only take a “cold” shower. As we are familiar with area, beach and places to eat are all close by. Overall it was a great spot we look forward to staying again. Thank you, Richard.

Well equipped close to beach

2 minute walk to beach which was not busy when we were there as there are no hotels or large condos right at the entrance. Kitchen was one of the best equipped I've seen for vrbo rental. Unit was well cleaned. A couple negatives: Beach toys were sparse and broken so we left ones we bought and towels were all wet so we had to run them through dryer. Richard was very responsive to questions.

Nice layout

Check in was easy and for the most part the house was great. The listing never mentioned that there was a separate unit also being rented to other groups, so we were a little disappointed to not have the place to ourselves, but we made it work. The wifi was a bit of a challenge. It went out 5 times, which is only a big deal to those at a critical point in a movie or for kids whose tablets require wifi. The house has a nice layout and works well for a larger group like ours.

Roomy Stay on Satellite Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Richard's home in Satellite Beach very much. Richard was very responsive and helpful. The open floor plan (family /dining room) was pleasant and roomy for our family of six. We made good use out of the large dining room table, and we enjoyed the heated pool. The beach bridge on Park Ave was damaged from a hurricane, but Paradise Beach was only a short drive and it had all the necessary facilities. Just a heads-up: the master bath/shower is quite small. It was not a problem for us. We enjoyed Little Dos , Surfin Turtle, and Banana River Cafe a lot. We also enjoyed DeSoto Park (close to Banana River Cafe) where we saw manatees.

Great place for families/ teens

Place was nice and clean, and the pool was heated and screened allowed for lots of afternoon fun. We appreciated the location the best as it was just across from the beach and walking distance to a ice cream and Mexican restaurant. Kids enjoyed the TV’s in all the bedrooms and the large table for family gatherings and dinners. It was nice to have all the comforts of home with full kitchen, 2 baths and everyone could spread out and relax. The location is great as it’s close to Melbourne, minutes from Indiatlantic on the A1A with great restaurants, shops and nightlife. We enjoyed Lou’s Blues. That’s a must see! The neighborhood was nice and peaceful and it’s a great place to spend your vacation if you have kids. Just be careful crossing the street as there is no crosswalk by the house and it’s a wide A1A road.

Comfortable ground floor house by the beach.

I came down to Florida for a relaxing get-away. This house was a nice spot to stay in. It has a lot of creature comforts and is laid out generously. There are a lot of spaces to relax in. A big living room with comfortable couches. Big dining room. Modern kitchen that has nice appliances. All the rooms and spaces have a lot of windows and light. The house is really near the beach. Its like a two minute walk. The yard is surrounded by palm trees and flowering bushes. Very private. There can be guests in the second-floor apartment, but when I was there the couple was very quiet. I saw their car in the driveway but never saw them. It was like I had the whole place to myself. Everything about this place is buttoned-up. The bathrooms had little "cleaning company was here" notice in them when I arrived. Very clean. It seems to be a pretty well-run outfit. If I'm in the area, I'll stay here again.

The house is in a good location, unless u have younger children(have to cross busy highway to get to beach) The house is older and has some cracks. The living/dining room is the best part of the house. The bathroom’s are small. The master bath has a single shower and no water pressure. While the other bathroom is a little bigger the shower head is really low but had good water pressure. Had to go buy wash clothes and towels as very limited we’re supplied. Has limited bathroom supplies. Which is not a problem if I had known in advance. The beds were very uncomfortable. The couch was not bad to sleep on but our last night there a big bugs fell from some where onto the living room table. The pool was nice until we came home and it had some kind of white stuff all over the bottom of it. Kinda bummed none of the trees had fruit.

Kyler, Thank you for your input, I will definitely lay out more towels and provide more bathroom supplies. When renting a big house via VRBO, I generally stock everything up for a handful of days, and the guest group may have to buy more supplies as their stay/demands of the group dictate. I have a service that treats the premises for any bugs and such - they come regularly, its something that one needs to be vigilant over in Florida, unfortunately. I've never experienced what you describe, but I am sorry it happened to you. The pool may have had sand as the "white stuff" at the bottom of it. My pool service regularly treats not only the water, but also vacuums the bottom, which can get sandy as the beach is right across the street. So much to keep on top of... I hope you had some nice times while you vacationed here. I will always strive to create a relaxing, comfortable, safe, and clean experience for all my guests. Sincerely, Richard

Great location... but just a few problems

Great location right across the street from the beach amazing pool nice easy layout for a family. Wanting to make sure you know is there is a tenant living in the same house above on the second floor at something that we weren’t 100% notice because it’s listed as one of the last things when describing the house definitely my fault because it is listed for trying to quarantine it was definitely difficult to have someone living above and being in and out of your space. Very sweet woman and daughter that live up there but still some thing we didn’t know going in. Also the refrigerator broke we lost some food there’s a leak under the sink both were responded to and fixed quickly but there’s no compensation for the headache of that. Also we ended up cleaning out some of the silverware areas in blender and items that were not wiped down from the previous tenants due to how dirty they were. But overall great house great location great pool, just a few issues and time spent with things that need to be fixed was the only bummer esp during covid times. You won’t get any compensation if things like this happens just FYI.

In booking, we overlooked there’s a full time tenant upstairs. The owner assured us we’d have no contact. Unfortunately, we did, and it was not pleasant.

There is no longer a full-time tenant upstairs it is most often empty. I hope you might come stay again and enjoy the pool and beach right across the street.

Great place to stay for our softball trip!

This place was awesome ! Kids loved being across the street from the beach and having the pool at the house. We were here for a softball vacation and it was so nice and relaxing.

This house is comfortable and accommodating and very close to the beach: sand, sun, and ocean fun awaits. After your day at the beach you can enjoy a meal conveniently at a great local restaurant The Sand Bar that is kitty-corner to this beach house!

What makes this property unique

An on-site screened pool is available 24/7. You have free fast Wi-Fi. There is free laundry on-site. There is room to park 4 to 5 cars.
There ais a 70" TV in the living room with a BlueRay/DVD player. There are TV's in two of the three bedrooms for your enjoyment.
The grocery store is just up the road about 3 minute drive. Like the bigger beach scene? If so, Pelican Beach park is down the road less than a mile. It has extensive picnic facilities, bathrooms, showers, and food trucks sometimes.
This house is in peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Please keep your noise level down especially in the late evening when neighbors want to sleep. I will do my best to accommodate your every need. I hope you choose to stay here -- you should have a fantastic experience.
