Directement sur la plage est oĂč vous voulez ĂȘtre. Le Sans Souci est parfaitement situĂ© sur la plage de Pensacola sur l'Ăźle-barriĂšre connue par les habitants comme l'Ăźle de Santa Rosa. Conçu Ă  l'origine et construit pour ĂȘtre des rĂ©sidences permanentes sur la plage, le Sans Souci est devenu un favori des vacanciers rĂ©guliers et des snowbirds. C'est une communautĂ© fermĂ©e avec un accĂšs direct Ă  la plage et pas de trafic "walkthrough" d'autres utilisateurs de la plage. Une fois que vous vous garez dans votre garage couvert, vous prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au cinquiĂšme Ă©tage et vous ouvrez la porte de vos meilleures vacances. DĂ©corĂ©es de couleurs vives aux couleurs de la Floride, ce condo d'une chambre est parfait pour les petites familles, un couple (ou deux), un voyage de filles ou tout simplement un endroit pour s'Ă©vader par vous-mĂȘme! La cuisine est gĂ©nĂ©reusement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner comme vous ĂȘtes Ă  la maison parce que c'est vraiment une maison pour ma famille. Pots et casseroles, poĂȘles et ustensiles, grille-pain, cafetiĂšre, mixeur, etc. Un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte / congĂ©lateur pour garder vos goodies au froid et un plan de cuisson en verre Bosch gamme / owen-avec un micro-ondes ci-dessus. Une table Ă  manger pour 4 personnes, un grand canapĂ©-lit, une causeuse et 2 fauteuils inclinables rendront votre intĂ©rieur confortable. Vous pouvez regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision sur l'Ă©cran de 50 pouces ou regarder par les doubles portes vitrĂ©es donnant sur l'ocĂ©an. Il y a un demi-bain situĂ© hors de la salle de sĂ©jour tandis que la salle de bain complĂšte avec baignoire / douche est situĂ©e en suite Ă  la chambre des maĂźtres. Un lit King size est flanquĂ© de tables d'appoint assorties de lampes, d'une grande commode et d'un placard sĂ©parĂ© pour ranger vos vĂȘtements suspendus et vos valises. Il y a un surmatelas en mousse Ă  mettre sur le dormeur afin qu'il soit plus confortable pour les peeps qui y dorment. L'extrĂ©mitĂ© ouest de l'Ăźle abrite Fort Pickens, un fort historique pentagonal construit pour dĂ©fendre la baie de Pensacola en 1834. Il fait partie du Gulf Islands National Seashore, qui abrite des eaux bleues scintillantes, des plages blanches et des marais cĂŽtiers. Plus de 80% du parc national est sous-marin, car c'est un habitat vital pour la vie marine.

Our best vacation ever! The host Carla is fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The unit is incredible and the location the best I’ve ever been to. Everything was perfect and we are definitely planning to return again! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

The owner is very helpful and informative. The condo is clean, plenty of provisions for anyone, generally a great place to stay. The beach was beautiful, and we had a good trip. Loved Peg Leg Pete's as well. Love to stay again and longer. Thanks again.

2025 Florida Vacation

We spent an awesome week at our 504 condo. Through the entire process, our host was quick to answer any questions that came up. Check in was quick and easy. Parking instructions were sent to us early and were clear. The condo was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and well set up. We loved the swivel recliners for watching the tv. We enjoyed the best sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. This condo was the best one that we have rented ever.

Thanksgiving at Sans Souci on the beach.

The condo we rented was clean, spacious and had a terrific view of the beach and ocean. The decor was beautifully done with two couches and two recliners. Our host Carla was gracious and accommodating.

Perfect bday weekend

My daughters and I came for my older daughters bday weekend. The property was gorgeous. The unit itself was beautiful and perfectly stocked with everything you need for a weekend home away from home. The view was incredible. The host Carla was so easy to communicate with! Would 10/10 recommend.

PERFECT !!

An amazing stay during Blue Angels week. Everything was perfect. Condo was very clean and in the perfect spot. Condo was well furnished. Carla was so easy to work with. She was by far the best host we have encountered on VRBO.

Paradise

This property is accurately described !! The ocean is right outside your door. The owner was so wonderful and helpful. The only negative is the tolls! That was a surprise to us. We flew in to Pensacola and rented a car through Hertz. We were not told about the tolls at the rental agency. There was a sticker on the windshield for the tolls but two weeks after we got home we got a bill . Not very happy about that. Besides that everything was great!!

Fun and relaxing

This condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed. It was important to my husband to wake up and see the ocean and the view here did just that. The place was immaculately clean and felt like a home away from home.

Great Stay!

We visited for spring break at the end of March and had a great time. The place is clean and has a very beachy vibe. The view was great and getting out onto the beach was super easy. Very small crowds on the beach too. We'd definitely go back.

Absolutely wonderful!

The condo was perfect! You don’t always know what you’re getting and you pray the pictures are accurate
. Well this place was absolutely perfect! It is decorated so nicely and was so clean! The view
. Not only are you right on the beach with the most perfect view of the beach, But you have an amazing view from the front door of the condo too! From sunrise to the night sky
. The views are amazing. Communication with Carla was so easy and she immediately responded to any question I had before my arrival. She even checked on me to see that I arrived safely. Carla even had a small gift waiting for us when we arrived. I don’t usually give comments in reviews, but Carla deserves this. She clearly put a lot of love into her property and is the sweetest. She genuinely cares about her guests. I would definitely stay there again! My teenage daughter loved it too! Maybe I should not give this review because then it might not be available when I want to stay again! Hahaha!! And if you like collecting shells
.. right as you step out on the beach there were tons of nice shells, even sand dollars! Thank you Miss Carla!!! Our vacation was amazing!

Beautiful beach stay!!

This property was perfect! The property was so clean and comfortable. The location was great, nice and quiet! Peg leg Pete’s is just across the street and the food was delicious. Our host was wonderful! We will definitely be returning!!!

Outstanding stay

This was our first trip to Pensacola and I’m so glad we opted for a condo rather than the usual hotel stay. The Sans Souci was everything we could have hoped for. It is gated so we felt very safe. No one in or out without the gate code or key yo the gates. We loved the covered and assigned parking. The pool was very large and well maintained and clean with plenty of chairs/loungers. A private walkway down to this gorgeous beach with crystal clear water and soft sand. The unit itself was a perfect size for the 2 of us but would still feel cozy with 2 more people. The perfect amount of furnishings made it feel like home. Everything you need in a kitchen as far as the appliances go. Very comfortable bed and a very large shower with outstanding water pressure. The balcony was large with 4 tall chairs snd 2 tables. Perfect in the morning to sit out with coffee and watch the dolphins that came by every morning and evening. The condo is about a mile from a ton of restaurants and shops. But make sure you eat at Pegleg Petes across the street. This condo is far enough away from the busy section to feel like you’ve got plenty of room to stretch out your beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner, Carla, is fantastic to work with. She answered my texts and emails promptly and seems like a very kind and appreciative person. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great view and location

Excellent place to stay ,right on the beach with amazing view of the ocean. Everything was clean,and had everything you needed to stay in and cook. Owner is very responsive,she text or called back immediately. She even gave us a heads up text that the blue angels jets were getting ready to fly by our balcony so we had enough time to get out there and watch. I highly recommend this place for a group or family of 4.

We are both sales representatives. Pensacola Beach is our home away from home. David is an avid golfer and he is a regular at all courses within an hour of PB. I can usually be found on the beach, shelling, swimming and relaxing under my umbrella reading my kindle.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I actually watched the Sans Souci being built when I was a child-my family came to PB often for vacations. I love the gated grounds-it really helps to keep other beachgoers that stay across the street from setting up in front of the building. You always have plenty of room to be right by the water-so nice to be able to walk a short distance to get to your fridge and bathroom!

The Sans Souci has been a favorite on the island for many years, and it's location is second to none. Directly on the beach, gated and right across from one of the best restaurants and a well stocked convenience store. It is on the trolley stop-which runs Memorial Day through Labor Day, and is an easy drive to the pristine beaches on the Gulf Islands Seashore and Fort Pickens. Protected beaches on both sides keep the area in front of the Sans Souci less crowded than many other properties. Only 63 condos in this 7 story building make it the perfect place to vacation.
