Stay Sans Souci on the beach! Gated property located on Pensacola Beach 😎

Directly on the beach is where you want to be. The Sans Souci is perfectly located on Pensacola Beach on the barrier island known to locals as Santa Rosa Island. Originally designed and built to be permanent residences on the beach, the Sans Souci has become a favorite of regular vacationers and snowbirds. It is a gated community with direct access to the beach-and no "walkthrough" traffic from other beachgoers. Once you park in your covered garage space, you take the elevator to the fifth floor and open the door to your best vacation ever. Brightly decorated in Florida colors, this one bedroom condo is perfect for small families, a couple(or two), a girl trip or just a place to get away by yourself! The kitchen is generously stocked with everything you need to cook like you are at home because it really is a home to my family. Pots and pans, skillets and utensils, toaster, coffee pot, blender etc. A large side by side refrigerator/freezer to keep your goodies cold and a glass cooking top Bosch range/owen-with a microwave above. A dining table for 6, large sleeper sofa, love seat and 2 recliners will make your indoor time comfy. You can watch TV on the 50" screen, or gaze out of the double glass doors overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a half bath located off of the living area while the full bath with glass door walk-in shower is situated en suite to the master bedroom. A King sized bed is flanked by matching end tables with lamps, also a large chest of drawers and separate closet to store your hanging clothes and suitcases. The western end of the island is home to Fort Pickens, a historic pentagonal fort built to defend Pensacola Bay in 1834. It is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, home to sparkling blue waters, white beaches and coastal marshes. More than 80% of the national park is underwater, as it's a vital protective habitat to marine life.

Our best vacation ever! The host Carla is fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The unit is incredible and the location the best I’ve ever been to. Everything was perfect and we are definitely planning to return again! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend!

We visited for spring break at the end of March and had a great time. The place is clean and has a very beachy vibe. The view was great and getting out onto the beach was super easy. Very small crowds on the beach too. We'd definitely go back.

The condo we rented was clean, spacious and had a terrific view of the beach and ocean. The decor was beautifully done with two couches and two recliners. Our host Carla was gracious and accommodating.

Beautiful beach view

We were impressed with the property and location. The furnishings were nice, and the beach was amazing. We stayed in January, but the weather was warm enough that we could wade in the ocean and walk the beach without jackets. We had a wonderful time, and i highly recommend this place!

Fun and relaxing

Would highly recommend this condo. Everything about it was pretty perfect. The visit exceeded our expectations. Underground parking a plus. The only negative….the pool was too cold to swim in.
