The condo was perfect for vacationing with out two grandkids. The host was very responsive to what turned out to be my user error. Great facility and well appointed.

The stay was good, we really enjoyed the beach and local restaurants. We observed a broken painting when we arrived, thinking it would be replaced, due to the obvious damage. We were charged by Southern Vacation Rentals 74 to replace this painting, which we did not damage. Policy. It appears management did not contact the previous renter or the cleaning service to find who had damaged the painting. Poor communication. We see the management company not taking care of the customer. The work crews onsite were polite and only woke us one morning. There was normally only one operating elevator and the staircase was open 1/2 the time. We do not recommend Southern Vacation Rentals.

We rented the condo for blue angels week. It was a nice balcony to watch it from especially with having a 10 month old. We were able to walk to restaurants nearby. Perfect condo for a small group!

Visit to see son in the Navy

We rented this condo in October. Not one complaint! Prefect for us. Beautiful beach. Close to good food and shops . Can't wait to come back!

Quick family beach getaway

Very nice Condo. Provided all the amenities we needed and plenty of room for our family. Patio was nice with a great view. Only thing that would have been nice to have is curtains in the spare bedroom.

Excellent condo with everything needed for the week.

The condo is tastefully decorated and well appointed. Great kitchen area/dining and living area. Views from the balcony are beautiful. Sand is like powder. Area restaurants were very good. We had a great week!
