Unit did not offer Wi-Fi. Unit wasn't cleaned well after previous renter. Kitchen lacks sufficient silverware, dishes and pots/pans. 2nd bedroom has bad mattresses, beds slope to center and the TV didn't work.

Great Location for Scalloping

A really nice place in Steinhatchee. The property is as advertised, but the property manager was the best. She worked with me to solve a huge problem for which I am thankful!

The beds in the guest bedroom are not safe, they sit on a metal frame. If you lean up against the bed it moves across the frame, I am 5'8" and could not get on the bed it was so high. This was a dangerous situation for children. The guest bedroom TV is broken, the light in the laundry room does not work, the guest bathroom has no soap, no trash can, no towels. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with equipment, no working can opener, no glasses, the Keurig coffee maker was so dirty I did not feel comfortable using it, the pans had to be scrubbed prior to use, mold and mildew in the master bedroom shower, the living room patio door lock does not work properly.

CLOSE to perfect

The amenities, location, price-all PERFECT. My ONLY complaint is the 2nd bedroom bed was awful~most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We would 100% stay again but I’ll bring some sort of alternative bed arrangements~at this price point I’d expect comfortable beds.

Considerable mildew in the shower, the front door code-lock did not work correctly and had to be replaced during our stay, the door from the living room to the balcony did not work. No soap.

Great place!

The decor was adorable, the beds so comfy and everything was very clean and stocked! I did not realize that there was no wifi here, so the kids weren't thrilled with that, but it was not listed as an amenity. Also the ice maker did not work in the freezer, so we had to go buy ice. Again, not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. But overall, an amazing weekend and we will definitely stay here again, very cute place!

Great View

Emily was a great communicator when it came to issues we had with the property. She had someone out within hours for two issues. If you are traveling with children, the top bunk bed railing is broken in two, held together with a pool noodle, which is not safe for smaller children. The biggest downfall was the second bedrooms TV did not work for the kids.

Great Place

What a perfect little get away. The condo was as pictured and described. Very close to all restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Location

The condo was extremely clean and looked exactly as pictured. Everything is supplied for you except food, clothes and shower toiletries which is fantastic not having to take your own pots/pans. Location is fantastic, literally a 5 minute boat ride to the Gulf. The weekend got a little busy with boats heading to the gulf. Fishing off the dock was great, caught lots of red fish, and trout. My only complaint was there was no Wi-Fi. A quick text to the realtor and I was given her Wi-Fi password. Really quick to respond back to me and make me a happy Black Friday shopper. Will definitely stay here again.
