Comfortable apartment in two levels. Materials and elements of decor are ecologically clean. Located on Lermontovs'kyi Lane, next to sanatorium "Lermontovs'kyi" which is all in green, coniferous trees. Just meters to the sea and nearest beach. It's 5m to "Delfinariy Nemo" 50m to a Theatre of Musical Comedy. It's 15 minutes to Derybasivska Street and 15 minutes to Arcadia beach. It's a second floor of a residential house. You can park your car inside the yard or in Parking space next to the house. The apartment has a sofa bed for two in the studio space on the first floor. A big bed is on the second floor. Powerful air conditioner, washing machine, cable television, 2 plasma TV's and Wi-Fi.
