La maison Brown est situĂ©e Ă  une courte distance du campus amĂ©ricain et de la scĂšne locale du centre-ville. Il est Ă©galement Ă  distance de marche du parc LaPrele ... le parc est le plus grand de Laramie avec des Ă©quipements de jeux, un terrain de golf Ă  disque et un Ă©tang de pĂȘche Huck Finn. La maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment mise Ă  jour pour inclure un nouveau revĂȘtement de sol, un espace ouvert et 4 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  grand Ă©cran, mais conserve toujours le charme de la vieille Ă©cole. Tout le salon Ă  l'Ă©tage est Ă  vous, ainsi qu'une grande cour arriĂšre qui comprend un barbecue, une table de pique-nique et un bain Ă  remous. Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e est occupĂ© par l'un des propriĂ©taires lorsqu'il ne travaille pas Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la ville. Le quartier calme et sĂ»r est parfait pour un week-end Ă  Laramie ... Que ce soit pour profiter des jeux du week-end, des sports de montagne, des graduations ou encore des Cheyenne Frontier Days. La maison peut accueillir neuf personnes ... plus que cela nĂ©cessitera des ajustements de permission et de taux.

This was a very nice home. We came up to watch our daughter graduate from UW. Then we spent a couple of days packing her up. "The Brown House" was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone else who is planning a trip to Laramie!

The Brown House was very relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night! Very clean and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The host living there was very nice and respected our privacy. We really enjoyed the view and the access to the park. We would stay there again.

The brown house was perfect for our needs. It was very cozy! We appreciated the complimentary snacks and personal touches. I missed the detail that one of the owners lived in the basement in the house profile but Glenna was great to communicate when he’d be there.

Turns out we knew a lot of the same people in Laramie. She was a fantastic host and responded quickly to any questions. The house was great with large spacious rooms which were well appointed. There is no doubt that we will be staying there again!

We had a great week exploring Laramie and the surrounding area and The Brown House was the perfect place for the 6 of us (including a 3 & 8 yo). A lot of little touches made it really feel like home. Glenna is a great host and very responsive. We had some trouble with the digital lock our second day and she was there in less than 30 minutes from my sending her a text to check it out and she had it replaced within the next hour. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in Laramie.

My whole family was thrilled with The Brown House. We had 4 adults & 3 kids under 12, and plenty of room to be together, but also have our own privacy if needed. Accomdations were great, beds were very comfortable, and the host also provided "welcome snacks & wine". We would definitely rent this home again.

Comfort on the prairie

We loved our stay at the Brown House! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood away from the campus but close enough for activities there. Easy access and wonderful owners. The home was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for a wonderful weekend. We will be back!!

We planned a trip to Laramie for a WY football game and got so lucky that this home was available. It is fantastic. It’s open, roomy, comfortable and we loved the backyard. Our sons college roommate had his mom and dad up for the weekend and we were able to invite them over for an impromptu BBQ in the beautiful backyard. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Had everything we could need and more. We will look to book for this home every time We come to Laramie now!

Great place!

We stayed at the Brown House while visiting our daughter, who is a grad student at UW. We had 6 people, my husband, myself and 4 young adults. We really enjoyed the roomy home, which was spotless and well stocked.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We are Second Generation owners. This property was built in 1967 by Glenna's dad. It was very well kept, maintained and cared for. We have updated the flooring, bathrooms, and bed rooms. All 3 owners live and work in the Laramie area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

In spite of being just a mile from University of Wyoming campus and sporting events, there are other fun activities even closer. Across the street you can frequently watch the antelope or deer roam in the large open prairie. Within a block is LaPrele Park. The park offers many activities, such as ; A disc golf course, playground equipment, BBQ grills, and the historic Huck Finn fishing pond.
