ブラウンハウスは、U.W。キャンパスと地元のダウンタウンシーンから短い距離にあります。 また、ラプレレ公園から徒歩圏内です...この公園は、遊具、ディスクゴルフコース、ハックフィン釣り池があるララミー最大の公園です。 家は最近新しい床、オープンスペース、4つの大画面テレビを含むように更新されましたが、それでも古い学校の魅力を維持しています。 2階のリビングエリア全体は、バーベキューグリル、ピクニックテーブル、ホットタブを含む広々とした裏庭と一緒にすべてです。 階下は町の外で働いていないときに所有者の一人によって占有されています。 静かで安全な近所は、ララミーでの週末に最適です... 週末のゲーム、マウンテンスポーツ、卒業式、またはシャイアンフロンティアの日を楽しむことです。 家は9人で寝ます...それ以上は許可とレート調整が必要です。

Absolutely fabulous home for friends and family to gather at UW football game and festivities. Great hosts and beautiful location. Very comfortable setting to visit with friends and family.

This was a very nice home. We came up to watch our daughter graduate from UW. Then we spent a couple of days packing her up. "The Brown House" was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone else who is planning a trip to Laramie!

The Brown House was very relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night! Very clean and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The host living there was very nice and respected our privacy. We really enjoyed the view and the access to the park. We would stay there again.

Immaculate, warm, inviting, wonderfully maintained in every way. Enjoyed the potty , wine left for us and nibbles. Had everything we needed to make a full meal. We will definitely stay again. Glenna is a superb host and great with correspondence. No issues whatsoever.

The brown house was perfect for our needs. It was very cozy! We appreciated the complimentary snacks and personal touches. I missed the detail that one of the owners lived in the basement in the house profile but Glenna was great to communicate when he’d be there.

My whole family was thrilled with The Brown House. We had 4 adults & 3 kids under 12, and plenty of room to be together, but also have our own privacy if needed. Accomdations were great, beds were very comfortable, and the host also provided "welcome snacks & wine". We would definitely rent this home again.

Turns out we knew a lot of the same people in Laramie. She was a fantastic host and responded quickly to any questions. The house was great with large spacious rooms which were well appointed. There is no doubt that we will be staying there again!

We are Second Generation owners. This property was built in 1967 by Glenna's dad. It was very well kept, maintained and cared for. We have updated the flooring, bathrooms, and bed rooms. All 3 owners live and work in the Laramie area.

In spite of being just a mile from University of Wyoming campus and sporting events, there are other fun activities even closer. Across the street you can frequently watch the antelope or deer roam in the large open prairie. Within a block is LaPrele Park. The park offers many activities, such as ; A disc golf course, playground equipment, BBQ grills, and the historic Huck Finn fishing pond.
