This spacious 4 bedroom and 6 bathroom duplex is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and it is convenient to many local restaurants. You will have the entire right side of the building (Unit 2), 2,000 sq. ft. It has 3 large covered porches, a sun deck on the top level with a view of the ocean and a fenced back yard and an outdoor shower. Parking available for up to 3 cars. The house is equipped with Internet, multiple SMART TVs for your favorite streaming service, a washer and a dryer. A small pet (up to 50 pounds) are welcome with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Full linen and towel service provided.

This VRBO has plenty of space, LOTS of bathrooms, and it’s super close to the beach! It’s such a great rental.

Amazing trip with family and friends, beautiful views and plenty of room! The air conditioning was amazing, which can be hard to find in beach towns. Will stay again soon. Great place for larger parties/family’s. Thank you Gladys!

What a place!

This condo was perfect for my family! There are so many decks and common areas. We loved how close it is to the gorgeous beach. The place was very nicely equipped with kitchen items, and a large outdoor gas grill and prep station. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

Excellent stay

Owners were quick to communicate, had extras such as beach wagon, umbrella & chairs. House was spacious & comfortable. Walk to the beach was easy & straight ahead just a few blocks. Would recommend to other families looking for value & a nice space to relax with family. Would consider renting here again!

Summer Beach Fun

Plenty of space for all of us! Room for 3 generations! Easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was so nice! Added bonuses: beach toys, chairs and wagon! We completely appreciated them!

This house has it all !! The owner forgot nothing! It’s beautiful, spacious, very welcoming and accommodating! Only thing it needs is an elevator, but that’s only because I have a bum ankle! The owner is very nice! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Convenient Beach Stay for the Families

This was a very convenient and lovely spot to stay at. The beach is very close. It has plenty of kitchen supplies and beach chairs/toys. The kids loved the bunk beds! There were a few aspects of the listing that could be updated. For instance, the backyard is only partially fenced (we were excited that our dog was going to have a place to run around a bit). It also states there were beach towels, so we didn't pack our own. But they don't keep them stocked any more, so we had to go buy them.

I had my bachelorette trip here. It was so much fun! Location was great. The kids bedroom had bunk beds with queen size beds on top and bottom. The listing said twin on top so we were happy that it was a bigger mattress. Host allowed us to check in two hours early since we were coming from GA. Overall, we had a great time.Cons: they were many roaches dead and alive. We pulled a blanket from the closet and it had an alive roach inside. We were sitting on the floor playing a game and had a roach walk by and climbed the wall. Roach was on my hand towel when I woke up. Not enough bath towels in my opinion so you may want to bring your own. After our stay, I didn’t like the host accusing me of bringing a pet to her VRBO rental and will be charging me a pet fee just because her housekeeper said so. There are cameras at the rental so I don’t know why she wouldn’t look at the cameras before accusing me.

House had damage and bugs

The area had a decent storm and there was some water damage and possible mold on the ceilings. There were also many dead bugs when we came in and the place had a weird smell. The owner was very kind and understanding. We did not stay at the property but found hotels nearby. She did say she would have VRBO give us a full refund. We have not received this yet but I am hoping it is just a slight delay.

Because of Tropical Storm Debbie we had some wind and water damage that was repaired immediately upon the guest report. We worked hard with VRBO to make sure she got a full refund which she did.

Nice location

Overall the week was great because we got to spend time with friends and family. The house was convenient to the beach. We had a few issues when checking in: the door to the bathroom on the first floor was broken and wasn’t offered to be repaired, the deck on all levels had raised nails and splintered wood, and the kitchen was woefully under equipped to prepare meals for 8 guests. The crows nest and grill area were the only places to gather that was not near a bedroom, both mosquito infested. Gladys was responsive but she complained to us about her financial problems due to renting her property and surmounting damages. The home is nice, wear shoes on the deck, bring your own kitchen supplies and get the damage insurance.

Nice place near the beach

This was a roomy great place to stay with our family for Thanksgiving. Communication with Gladys was very easy and she responded quickly. The only improvement would be more kitchen utensils for making a big dinner (mixer or potato masher, cake pan, muffin tin, etc.). Great place!!!

Excellent home at beach

Gladys is a wonderful host! She answered all my questions and was great to deal with. This home is beautiful, in excellent SUPER CLEAN condition and easy walk to the beach. They even had a wonderful beach cart we could borrow for the chairs and boogie boards. There were 6 of us and 2 dogs and there was way more room than we needed for sure, it was an awesome home. The garage was even enormous and could park our extended cab truck with plenty of room all the way around for all our extra things. The only complaint is the vacation week went by to quick. Would highly recommend for sure!!!

The house is tastefully furnished. The previous owners had it for their own exclusive use so it is in mint condition. The neighborhood is lovely. The house sleeps up to 9 people, we accept small pets and it is only a short walk to the beach. We have contracted with a cleaning company to ensure is clean and ready for your arrival.
