This home was designed for the purpose of hosting a family with all the latest amenities. The Cottage is sure to impress you and your guest. The home is very inviting and its main purpose is to make you feel comfortable in your own custom built Cozy Country Cottage! Outdoor Patio area w/ fire pit, exterior patio set and large timbers for additional seating. There's even a RAINBOW PLAY SET for the kids. 3 swings, slide, rock wall & a POOL too! Whole Home GENERAC GENERATOR {additional charges for generator apply}.

The Cottage sits on three acres shared by the host. Gravel driveway is also shared. Proximity of each home is about 300 feet apart. Security cameras are on the host home and one ONLY is located on the tree above the Cottage driveway. THEIR ARE NO CAMERAS / RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE THE COTTAGE. We are pet friendly - see rules.

This is a very nice house - great kitchen (stocked well for any cook), great living room, bedrooms were very nice, and bathrooms were nice size to get ready in. Owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Location is quiet and close to anything you may need.

Fantastic stay all around!

We had a great stay with friends and family at this property. Everything was as described and the host went above and beyond with accommodations. Lots of amenities and small touches were greatly appreciated and the house had everything you could ever want. Well stocked with all kitchen and bathroom essentials and many toys for the kids to enjoy. Would 100% recommend staying here!
