I took a last-minute trip to Ocean City with two of my granddaughters ages 11 and 8. The condo was perfect. The pool was great. I got a great parking spot. We could walk to the boardwalk walk to the beach walk to restaurants never had to move my car. I highly recommend it.

Loved the property, and our stay! My only complaint is that the Refundable Damage Deposit was exorbitant - 1500 (which is more than the stay itself cost). And it took the full two weeks after the check out date for the refund to be processed (plus 3-5 business days for it to show up). It's kind of a lot of money to be missing for 25 days (from booking to refund).

This place was fantastic! Everything you need is in walking distance. I had a personal issue and communication with the host was quick and easy. Two beach tags are included but if you need to get more they can be purchased right on the boardwalk. The place has everything you need to cook meals at the place if you want and even has a blow dryer. I plan on going back. This is a place, community I would enjoy being a part of!

Mostly OK, but the bathtub, tiles and faucet need to be replaced. Also, there is no traction when standing in the tub. It was slippery and with no grab bars, so I was praying I didn't fall.Also, having to put your own sheets on was very inconvenient. The mattress pad was stained (ewww), so that should be replaced.The AC was great, and the room was quiet.

This is a great place to stay for a long weekend at the beach. The location is perfect for walking just about anywhere you want to go. The room was clean and comfortable. Bill was very responsive as a host and provided us with all the information we needed prior to our arrival.

Great Location

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. It was clean and functional. The location was great. Everything is within walking distance meals, shopping, boardwalk and beach. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Perfect for us!

The room was super clean which is always the first thing I look for. The location is great, and the complex is quiet and friendly! Having the pool there was a huge plus. We would stay here again!

This is our second and we are looking forward to next summer - everything is great about our stay - cleanliness, friendliness, restaurants, jet ski , parasailing, local stores boardwalks fireworks.
