1940��代に建てられたこの改装されたホテルは、ゴージャスな石造りの暖炉などのオリジナルの装飾とモダンな家具、オープンレイアウトを組み合わせています。 手を飲みながらバルコニーでリラックスしたり、太平洋に沈むのを見てください。 午前中は、快適なアパートメントからサーフィンの景色を楽しみ���がらビーチに出かけよう。

パシフィ��クヴィラ：5号機は2階の3階建ての東の建物にあります。 ユニットは部分的な南西オーシャンビューと海に面しており、小さな家族経営の6ユニットのバケーションレンタル複合施設に囲まれています。

ユニットは2人のゲストを快適に収容します、しかし2人のゲストの後に追加料金で最大4人のゲストが許されます。 それは各滞在の間に専門的に私達の単位をきれいにする第三者の清掃＆リネンサービスに直接支払われるので、売上高は交渉の余地がないです。

複合施設はカップルや小さな家族に最適です。 パシフィックヴィラは、施設内でのパーティーやイベントを許可していません。また、敷地内での写真撮影も許可していません。

*駐車場の開示：ユニットには1つの駐車場が含まれていますが、モーターコ���トへはトンネル経由でアクセスしてくだ���い。 トンネルの隙間は狭い（高さ6フィート8インチ、幅8フィート2インチ）。そのため、大型車はスポットを利用するのに十分なスペースがない場合があります。 駐車場の利便性を考えて、可能な限り小型車で移動し、それに応じて計画してください。

The villa was, overall, great. Views and location were the highlights. Only downside is the parking was pretty tight and we had a small issue with the shower backing up. That being said, we'd stay here again.

The host reached out and offered us an early check in and the place was very clean when we arrived It was cold weather that weekend so we ran the small portable electric heater that worked ok, but it’s definitely getting tired and needs replacing IMHO.The kitchen had everything you would need to eat in and the brita filtered water was nice to use.The bathroom was clean and somewhat updated and there was plenty of hot water but the shower drained slow and you find yourself standing in your own soapy water.We stayed two nights and we both found the bed to be very comfortable with nice bedding. The location is good. We walked to downtown on the upper street for dining out and found it to be a very beautiful walk with great ocean views.

Hearing the waves all day

We had a great time here, it was very clean and had plenty of room to hang out. The best is the patio witht he view. You hear the waves all day and night its very relaxing. We will be back.

Lovely little place

The description of the place is accurate, the location was wonderful, and the apartment was very clean which is a huge plus for me. I am glad there was a space heater to use since the week I was in the area, the temperatures were lower than usual. A few things that can be improved on would be leaving some tissues for guests, change out coffee maker ( it almost looks like it was in a fire and rusted) and have someone clean out the washer occasionally. There seemed to be a mold issue on the gasket that should be addressed. The bedding was comfortable and inviting, but I didnt get much sleep due to renters (?) or tenant above me that had tv loud until midnight , then serious snoring until morning. I did love the place though and enjoyed the porch with chairs. I hope to be back one day.

Unit on the Strand

Most amazing views, stroll on the Strand to DT Oceanside and Pier. This rental had everything we needed. Would love to come back one day.

Just re-visiting old haunts and looking for a more permanent place to stay for a couple of years. Enjoyed the street fair/market as well!

Oceanside Getaway.

We went to Oceanside to visit our son who is in the military. The location for this unit is awesome. You can open your window and hear and see the waves crashing in. Peaceful and beautiful. The unit was tidy and as described. We had one issue. We could hear all noises from the unit above us. That included footsteps and chairs sliding around abover us.

Nice Location

Ocean view between the buildings is even better than the pictures show. Fun walk to the pier and back. A dedicated parking space is so nice to have but just as they say, small vehicles only!! Wasn't an issue getting out, even backing up.

Clean unit right on the beach

My wife and I had great time in this unit. Although the unit was in the rear of the property, the views and sound of the ocean were fantastic. Our property manager was also great and responsive to any questions we had. I will be sure to come back again as the unit was well priced and clean.

Great little beach condo!

Great place to stay. The ocean is across the street and you can see it from the balcony. Clean and comfortable for 2 people.

Perfect spot

Overall this location is a prime spot. Walking distance to the pier and local shops and restaurants. Definitely worth a stay at this location. Due to parking, which is right here on the premises, be sure your car is small enough to be able to be backed in or pulled out. Very tight maneuvering of cars, if other occupants have already come and parked before you.
