Immaculate Princeville 3 bedroom minutes to Hanalei

Our family of four absolutely loved this place! Check-in was a breeze, and their communication throughout our visit was quick and helpful. The kitchen is extremely well-appointed with a large center island and all of the basics you need, plus some nice extras like a rice cooker and food storage containers. The interior looks like it's been recently updated, and we really liked that there's no carpet anywhere in the home. The layout is perfect for families with kids or young adults children. Primary bedroom has a beautiful lanai and large bathroom with walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. We were impressed by how well thought out their supplies are -- a well-stocked laundry room, garage loaded with helpful goodies like beach chairs, coolers, and snorkeling gear, and games and books for downtime. The downstairs lanai has a lovely view of the greenbelt, and I enjoyed watching the birds hop around each morning while we enjoyed our breakfast. The community this home is located in is also beautifully maintained, and conveniently located near groceries, beaches, walking paths, etc. We would return to this condo in a heartbeat!

Anniversary with teens

Family enjoyed this updated and clean three bedroom condo. Great location near all of the north shore beaches. Enjoyed the community pool and gas grills too. Very quiet area. Perfect for relaxation and family time.

We loved staying in this beautiful condo. We travel to Kauai often and this condo was our favorite. Spacious and clean with a perfect location. Close to everything! Quiet and well maintained. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful!

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! This was the perfect place for our family of five! It was immaculately clean, the decor was lovely, and the beds and furnishings were comfortable. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants, stores, and gorgeous beaches close by. Great communication with the host and easy check in/check out. We hope to visit Kauai in the future and stay at this condo again! Highly recommend!

Family vacation with young adult children (19-22)

This condo was spacious. The amenities were lovely including pool, hot tub and gas grills. The AC was really nice after spending all day outside. The garage contained tons of beach gear- chairs, snorkel masks, a boogie board, smash ball, cooler, beach towels. The multiple lanais provided extra space as well. Walkable to hideaways, Princeville town center, Wiley’s beach, One Hotel and much more. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing

Just as described. This location is perfect. The home is in beautiful condition. I’d stay here again. The only complaint…bring earplugs if the crowing of a rooster from 3am-8am bothers you. But honestly, they are all over the island so it would be hard to avoid this anywhere you stay. It only affected the master bedroom and didn’t disturb me…only my husband.

Beautiful Conso

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is spacious, modern and has all the amenities you could want. It was so nice that beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and coolers were all available for use. My one very small complaint was the lack of sufficient seating in the LR. It was hard for all 5 of us to sit together to watch a movie without one person sitting on the floor.

Fun getaway

Wow what a beautiful property. The company in charge of this unit was amazing. When I noted the coffee grinder was missing that sent one out immediately. They had everything one could want for the beach other then surfboards. Chairs shade coolers. Even though it rained every day we found sun by driving to nearby beaches. We had an amazing time. Lots of rules must have old grumpy people on property board.

Great multi family property

We loved this. We island hopped from Oahu and met our parents there. It was the perfect size for 5 adults and a baby! The pool is amazing and the rental was spotless and had everything we needed!

Very nice townhouse

Clean, quiet and better than the pictures. Would stay again. It was a wonderful home to visit beautiful Kauia. Thank you to the owner for letting us borrow the townhouse for nine glorious days in paradise.

Perfect for a family of four.

Our family of four stayed a week in this property. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. For those that need to be online occasionally, the Internet worked well and was speedy. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. The boogie board was small and beat up so I would rent one instead of relying on the house provided one if you plan to take on the surf in Hanalei Bay. But overall, the property met or exceeded our expectations at the price point.

Lovely, beautifully maintained condo

This condo is lovely, modern, beautifully maintained, very clean and comfortably furnished. The rooms are bright and sun-filled with plenty of windows. It is so convenient to come here, tired from the airport and a Costco/Safeway run, park in our own garage and unload luggage and groceries right through the kitchen door! The shelves were stocked with household supplies, including detergents, soaps and shampoos that were greatly appreciated for our three week stay, we never ran out of anything! We have stayed at many different vacation rentals in Princeville but Leilani Villa is now our favorite and this last visit was our third time here! It is located walking distance to the beach at The Princeville Resort, the Princeville shopping center, Hideaways Beach Trail (best snorkeling ever!), and Queen’s Bath. If you have any concerns, Yen is the awesome property mgr and along with her assistant Tryg, will take care of your needs. Enjoy!

Beautiful Condo in a Quiet, Convenient Location

Our family stayed here for the New Year holiday and loved it. The condo was extremely clean, recently updated, and in a great location. We usually stay in Poipu, but decided to try the north shore for this trip. Princeville is a quiet community. We visited Hanalei, Kileauea, and Poipu during our visit. It's just over an hour drive from Princeville to Poipu. Our favorite beach on Kauai is Secret Beach just west of the Kileauea Lighthouse. It's a little hike to get from the parking area to the beach, but well worth it. The beach is beautiful and not as crowded as other beaches. We did a dinner cruise with Captain Andy's on one of their catamarans and saw many, many whales and enjoyed good food. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Wherever you stay on Kauai, you can get to all parts of the island, but this condo was comfortable and modern. Our property manager, Yen, was helpful before and throughout our stay. Thanks for a great vacation condo, Yen!

Great Family Vacation Rental

Leilani Villa is an incredibly clean and spacious home with plenty of room for our family. There are 3 lanais and a great community pool and hot tub for plenty of outdoor time with the kids. The property manager was very welcoming and helpful. We will be returning every year to enjoy this place with our family!

Wonderful Vacation!

We were so happy to come across this new rental that was luckily available for us last minute. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. Clean, uncluttered, nice furnishings. The unit is kind of tucked away from traffic and looks out to a nice wide open garden space. Princeville is a very convenient location. Close to shops, library, grocery store. They even have a nice bike/walk path next to a nice golf course. I would highly recommend this unit and the company managing it. Yen, the manager was very nice and accommodating. We would love to come back!

Quite, spacious, comfortable villa @ Princeville!

This place is wonderful! Quiet, spacious, comfortable temperature, and close to beautiful Anini beach, Hanalei Bay. We likedmany thoughtful touches (like beach chairs in garage, welcome chocolates, hand written welcome note from Yen Upson, our property manager etc). Well-stocked kitchen. The home itself is amazing, clean and easy to get around. We highly recommend this for any family or traveler considering north shore of Kuaui. We recommend Elite's team as well. Highly professional and special thanks for Yen (host for our property)!
